【解決手段】 ハウジング30に移動可能に配設されるロックプレート80がロータ20に形成される受容部22に没入して相対回転を規制し、受容部22から退出して相対回転を許容する弁開閉時期制御装置1において、受容部22の底部22fには、ロック部材80の断面積より小さい面積を有する頂面22eを備える突起部22aが形成されていること。

Claims (13)
- 内燃機関のクランクシャフトまたはカムシャフトの一方と一体的に回転するハウジング部材と、
前記ハウジング部材に相対回転可能に組付けられ前記カムシャフトまたは前記クランクシャフトの他方と一体的に回転するロータ部材と、
前記ハウジング部材と前記ロータ部材との間に形成され、前記ロータ部材に一体的に設けられるベーンによって進角油室と遅角油室とに二分される流体圧室と、
前記ハウジング部材に移動可能に配設されるロック部材が前記ロータ部材に形成される受容部に没入して相対回転を規制し、前記受容部から退出して相対回転を許容するロック機構と、
前記進角油室と前記遅角油室および前記ロック機構へ作動油を給排する油圧回路とを備えた弁開閉時期制御装置において、
前記受容部の底部には、前記ロック部材の断面積より小さい面積を有する頂面を備える突起部が形成されていることを特徴とする弁開閉時期制御装置(1)。 - 前記底部には、油路が開口部を介して連通し、該開口部の周方向幅は、前記頂面の幅より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記頂面の面積は、前記ロック部材の先端部よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記突起部頂面の幅は、前記ロック部材の周方向幅より狭いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記受容部は、前記ロータ部材の軸方向に貫通していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記底部には周方向に凹状に形成される油圧溝が開口していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記突起部には前記油圧溝を連通する少なくとも一つの連通溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記連通溝は、前記突起部の軸方向の一端または両端に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記連通溝は、前記ロータ部材の端面に開口していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記突起部の高さは、前記油圧溝が前記底部に開口する開口部の径方向高さより低いことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記油圧溝は、その周壁がR形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記受容部の幅は、前記ロック部材の周方向幅より大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
- 前記突起部は、軸方向に垂直な断面が台形形状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の記載の弁開閉時期制御装置。
