Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing area for a unit bath, and more particularly, it relates to a washing area applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, in which a groove having a specific structure for building a wall or a door is protruding around the periphery. The present invention relates to a unit bath washing place that can further improve workability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, the unit bath is a durable and waterproof bathroom whose main members are integrally formed of FRP or the like. A washing place is provided adjacent to the bathtub, and walls and doors are provided around the periphery of the bathtub and the washing place. It has a built-in structure. In recent years, unit baths having a so-called barrier-free structure in which a step at a doorway of a bathroom is designed to be 20 mm or less are mainly used.
[0003]
In the above-mentioned barrier-free unit bath, a washing room having a structure in which walls and doors can be started from a position lower than the floor of the washing room because the height of the entrance is small when the lower frame (sash) of the door is attached. (Resin molded product) must be used. Specifically, in a washing place whose planar shape is formed in a substantially plate-like shape having a rectangular shape, a groove in which a wall or a door is built on the periphery of three sides excluding one side adjacent to the bathtub is larger than the floor of the washing place. Those that are overhanging at a low height are used (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-71926 [0005]
When constructing the washing place as described above, walls and doors are installed as shown in FIGS. FIGS. 5 to 8 are views showing a built-in structure of a wall and a door around a washing place in a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, and FIG. 5 is a plan view showing an example of arrangement of walls and doors of a general unit bath. Fig. 6 and Fig. 6 are perspective views showing a structure of a corner of a conventional washing place and a support member used for construction of a wall, and Fig. 7 shows a corner of the conventional washing place with a built-in wall. FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which a wall is built in a groove on the periphery of the washing place.
[0006]
That is, in the unit bath, as shown in FIG. 5, the tub (2) and the wall (3) and the door (4) are arranged on the outer periphery of the tub (2), but the washing area not adjacent to the tub (2). At the periphery of the three sides of (1), a groove (12) for setting up the wall (3) and the door (4) is projected, and the groove (12) is as shown in FIG. The height is set lower than the floor of the washing place (1).
[0007]
Therefore, for example, when the wall (3) is to be built, the height of the wall (3) is adjusted with the lower frame of the door, the lower end of the wall (3) is securely supported, and the wall (3) is erected accurately. For example, an elongated support member (5) having a substantially square shape is disposed in the groove (12) as a spacer and a base material, and a corner of the groove (12) corresponding to a corner (outside corner) of the washing place (1). , A block-shaped corner support member (7) having a substantially L-shaped planar shape is disposed as a spacer and a base material. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the construction of the corner of the washing place (1), the wall (3) is used from, for example, two directions by using the support member (5) and the corner support member (7). Stand up.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, a projection (53) and a projection (73) are provided on the upper surface of the support member (5) and the corner support member (7), respectively, and the lower end of the wall (3) is provided. The wall (3) can be accurately built by forming the fitting groove (35) to be fitted in the protrusion (53) and the protrusion (73) in advance. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, after the wall (3) is arranged, a columnar corner member (not shown) is erected on the outer corner of the corner support member (7), and the wall (3) is erected. Reinforce the butted part between the side edges.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the washing place (1) as described above, a groove (12) is provided over three sides in order to appropriately determine the position of the door according to the installation condition of the unit bath. In the construction of the corner portion of the groove (12) corresponding to the corner portion (outward corner portion) of the above, in order to prevent accumulation of water and erect the corner member, the corner support member (7) ) Must be arranged, and as a result, there is a problem that the number of attached members increases and the workability is lacking.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a washing room applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, and to construct walls and doors with a small number of attached members, thereby improving the workability. It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved unit bath washing place so as to further improve the washing condition.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides, in a washing place applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, a groove for installing a wall or a door on the periphery of three sides thereof at a height lower than the floor of the washing place, and a pool of water. In order to prevent and erect a corner member, a bulging portion as an end of each groove is formed outside a protruding corner of a floor of a washing place constituting both ends of another side parallel to one side adjacent to the bathtub. Was provided in advance. In addition, by forming the rising portion of the bulging portion in a state separated from the above-mentioned protruding corner portion, cracks and deformation occurring during molding are prevented, and dimensional accuracy is improved.
[0012]
That is, the gist of the present invention is a washing place installed adjacent to a bathtub in a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, in which a planar shape is formed as a substantially plate-like square shape as an integrally molded product of resin, and On the periphery of the three sides except the adjacent one side, a groove for building a wall or a door is formed so as to protrude at a height lower than the floor of the washing place, and is parallel to the one side adjacent to the bathtub. Outside the corners of the floor of the washing area constituting both ends of the other one side portion, bulging portions constituting the ends of the grooves are protruded, and the rising portions of the bulging portions are , Which is formed so as to be separated from the protruding corner portion.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a unit bath washing place according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a unit bath washing place according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a structure of a corner portion in a unit bath washing place according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a structure of a corner portion in another example of the unit bath washing place according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a corner of a unit bath according to the present invention in a state where a wall is built in a washing place. 1 to 4, the same parts as those in the related art are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 5 to 8, and FIGS. 5, 6, and 8 are used together in the following description of the embodiments. . The washing area for the unit bath is abbreviated as “wash area”.
[0014]
The washing place of the present invention indicated by reference numeral (1) in the figure is a washing place applied to a unit bath having a barrier-free structure, and is installed adjacent to a bathtub (2) as shown in FIG. Like the bathtub (2), the washing place (1) is usually formed as an integrally molded product by an FRP molding method such as sheet mold compound, resin transfer molding, and hand lay-up using a heat-resistant resin. Although not shown, in a unit bath, an apron is usually set up from one side of the washing place (1) facing the bathtub (2) to the front of the bathtub (2).
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, the washing place (1) is formed in a substantially plate-like shape having a rectangular shape such as a rectangular plane, and is, for example, substantially at the center near one side of the washing place adjacent to the bathtub (2). A drain port (11) is provided. Further, the washing floor (10) of the washing place (1) is provided with a drainage slope that is inclined downward toward the drainage port (11). Then, in order to apply to barrier-free construction, a groove for building a wall (3) or a door (4) (see FIG. 5) is formed around the periphery of the three sides except the above-mentioned one side on the bathtub (2) side. (12) are respectively protruded at a lower height than the washing floor (10).
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, the above-mentioned groove (12) protruding around the periphery of the three sides of the washing place (1) is used when the frame (sash) for installing the door (4) is installed. The frame material is provided at a position lower than the washing floor (10) by the height of the frame material so that the upper end surface of the frame material is substantially the same height as the washing floor (10). Specifically, the position of the bottom surface of the groove (12) is set to a position lower by about 20 to 35 mm than the floor (10) of the washing place. The width of the groove (12) is designed to be large enough to fit the above-mentioned frame material, but is usually about 15 to 30 mm.
[0017]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a water return (13) may be set up on the outer peripheral edge of each groove (12) on three sides of the washing place (1). Such a water return (13) is usually raised to a height higher than the washing floor (10). As described above, when the water return (13) is raised, even if water leaks from the frame material of the door (4) or the base of the wall (3), it flows out from the groove (12) to the outside. Therefore, the waterproofness of the frame on the floor side can be further enhanced.
[0018]
In the washing place (1) of the present invention, in order to enhance the workability at the corners, that is, to improve the workability when the wall (3) or the door (4) is built, as shown in FIG. Protruding corners of the washing floor (10), which constitute both ends of the other side (long side without the drain (11) in FIG. 1) parallel to the above one side adjacent to 2). A bulge (16), which constitutes the end of each groove (12), protrudes from the outside.
[0019]
The bulging part (16) is a part integrally formed with the groove (12) at the time of forming the washing place (1), and prevents the accumulation of water at the end of each groove (12), and also prevents the wall from swelling. It is provided to erect the columnar corner member as described above at the butted portion of (3) or the door (4). The shape of the bulging portion (16) is not particularly limited as long as it constitutes the end of the groove (12) and the above-mentioned corner member can be erected. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, it is formed in a substantially square shape.
[0020]
The height of the bulging portion (16) is such that the side edges of the wall (3) or the side edges of the wall (3) and the vertical frame of the door (4) are abutted from two directions, and a corner member is attached to the abutting portion. Therefore, the height is approximately the same as the washing floor (10). That is, the rising height of the bulging portion (16) from the bottom of the groove (12) is set to about 20 to 35 mm.
[0021]
By the way, the bulging portion (16) has substantially the same height as the washing floor (10), so that it should be formed continuously with the washing floor (10) when forming the washing basin (1). Is also conceivable. However, as a result of various studies, when the above-mentioned bulging portion (16) is formed so as to be continuous with the washing floor (10), the side of the washing floor (10) and the bulging portion (16) are extremely small. Since it was connected at a substantially linear portion of the cross-sectional area, it was confirmed that deformation occurred due to insufficient amount of resin at the time of molding, and that the connected portion was easily cracked at the time of opening the mold.
[0022]
Therefore, in the washing place (1) of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the rising portion of the bulging portion (16) is formed so as to be separated from the protruding corner of the washing floor (10). It is important that That is, the bulging portion (16) is cut off from the protruding corner of the washing floor (10) when viewed in a plan view. In other words, the bulging portion (16) is raised from the ends of the two grooves (12), and projects from the washing floor (10) at the bulging portion (16) which is formed in a substantially square shape when viewed in plan. The portion corresponding to the corner close to the corner is configured to be separated from the above-mentioned corner, and a gap (17) is formed between the corner of the washing floor (10) and the bulge (16). ) Is provided. The size (minimum gap distance) of the gap (17) between the protruding corner of the washing floor (10) and the bulge (16) is usually about 3 to 10 mm in consideration of the terminal position of the groove (12). It is said.
[0023]
In a unit bath to which the washing place (1) of the present invention is applied, as shown in FIG. 5, a bathtub (2) and a wall (3) and a door (4) are set around the washing place (1) as in the conventional case. Is done. When a wall (3) or a door (4) is built around the periphery of the washing place (1), a support member (5) as shown in FIG. 6 is used. For example, in order to build the wall (3) from two directions at the corner of the washing area (1), as shown in FIG. 4, insert the support member (5) into each groove (12) and bulge from the two directions. After arranging each support member (5) so as to be pressed against each side end face of the portion (16), the wall (3) is installed thereon. In addition, the columnar corner member as described above is erected on the upper portion of the bulging portion (16) to reinforce the abutting portion between the side edges of the wall (3). As described above, the shape and structure of the support member (5) and the mounting structure of the lower end of the wall (3) can be adopted as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, for example.
[0024]
As described above, the washing room (1) of the present invention has a bulging portion (16) protruding outside the protruding corner of the washing room floor surface (10), and is protruded from the peripheral edge of each of the three sides to form a wall. (3) Since the end of the groove (12) in which the door (4) is erected is constituted by the bulging part (16), the wall (3) and the door (4) are installed at the corner part when the erection work is performed. There is no need for an additional member to be arranged, and the installation can be performed using only a small number of additional members, for example, an auxiliary member such as the support member (5). In addition, the washing place (1) of the present invention has the rising portion of the bulging portion (16) formed so as to be separated from the protruding corner of the washing place floor (10), that is, the washing place floor (10). Since the gap (17) is provided between the protruding corner portion and the bulging portion (16), there is no crack or deformation at the time of molding, and molding can be performed with higher strength and high dimensional accuracy. Therefore, when the washing place (1) of the present invention is used, the workability can be further improved when the wall (3) and the door (4) are built, and as a result, the construction cost is further increased. Can be reduced.
