Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a latch device particularly applicable to furniture and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in furniture in which a double door is attached to a housing in which a space capable of storing articles is provided, openings are formed on the front surfaces of a top plate and a bottom plate of the housing, as described in the following patent document. It is common to provide a latch receiver as described above, attach a sickle-shaped latch to the inner surface side of the door, and anchor the door to the housing by latching the latch in the opening of the latch receiver. Usually, such a latch is rotatable about a rotation axis provided in the door. In addition, a force (biasing force) in a direction in which the latch is hooked on the opening is applied to the latch in advance by a biasing means such as a spring.
[0003]
When the door is closed, when the operating lever arranged on the outer surface side of the door is pulled, the operating force applied to the operating lever is transmitted to the latch, and the latch is moved from the opening edge of the latch receiver against the urging force. It turns in the direction that it tries to come off. As a result, the engagement between the latch receiver and the latch is released, and the opening of the door is allowed. Conversely, when closing an open door, the latch contacts the latch receiver, slides in a direction that tends to come off the opening edge while sliding, and then returns in the opposite direction to return to the original position. It turns and its tip hangs behind the opening edge.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In other words, in order for the door to close, the entire latch must operate so that the tip of the latch passes over the opening edge of the latch receiver. As described above, since the latch is largely operated, the noise generated by the latch when the door is closed, more specifically, the side edge of the latch and the latch generated when the tip of the latch completely passes over the opening edge. The sound of collision with the opening edge of the receptacle and the sound of collision between the latch and the sheet metal material forming the door are also large. At the same time, damage to the latch receiver, the latch, the mechanism for driving the latch, and the like is not small.
[0006]
Further, when the existing latch 901 as described above is employed, as shown in FIG. 9, the door 902 is closed (in other words, when the door 902 is moored to the housing 903) (in the opening / closing direction). It is undeniable that play and rattling 904 occur. In general, when designing the dimensions of the latch 901 and the door 902, the position of the rotating shaft 905 that rotatably supports the latch 901 and the like, it is necessary to take into account dimensional errors that occur in the stage of manufacturing these. In the existing latch 901, the length of the latch 901 is set to be longer than the distance between the rotation shaft 905 and the latch receiver 906 (the latch 901 is closed in a state where the door 902 is closed due to an error generated in a manufacturing stage). 901 does not catch on the latch receiver 906). In particular, when manufacturing the door 902 and the housing 903 by bending a sheet metal material, a relatively large error occurs. Therefore, the relative positions of the latch 901 and the rotation shaft 905 with respect to the latch receiver 906 in the state where the door 902 is closed vary a little for each product. Since the dimensional design is provided with a margin so as to absorb such variations, as a result, play and rattling of the door 904 occur with the door 901 closed.
[0007]
In view of the above-described problems, the present invention provides a latch device for mooring an openable door or the like to a housing or the like, and suppresses noise generated when the door or the like is opened and closed, and plays the door or the like when closed. It is intended to minimize rattling.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the problems described above, according to the present invention, a latch body that moves relatively to a latch receiver, a deployed position where the latch body is hooked on the latch receiver, and the latch body is allowed to be detached from the latch receiver. A latch device comprising a mover displaceable between a retracted position and a drive mechanism for displacing the mover in conjunction with an operation on a predetermined operating body, wherein the latch receiver is provided via the mover; And the latch body can be hooked. More specifically, a latch body that moves relative to the latch receiver and can be positioned so as to face a mooring part set on the latch receiver, and a latch body that is supported by the latch body and faces the mooring part. Between a deployed position in which the latch body is engaged with the mooring portion and the latch body is hung on the latch receiver, and a retracted position in which the latch body is not engaged with the mooring portion and is allowed to be detached from the latch receiver. And a driving mechanism for displacing the movable element in conjunction with an operation on a predetermined operating body.
[0009]
That is, the latch to be latched on the latch receiver is constituted as a combination of a plurality of elements of a movable element and a latch body that supports the movable element so that the movable element can be displaced. And the role of position for In such a case, the play of the door with the door closed and the amount of rattling will be determined by the processing accuracy of the latch receiver, the latch body and the mover, and will depend on the processing accuracy of the door and the housing. The effect is smaller. In addition, if the latch body is positioned with high precision with respect to the latch receiver, it becomes possible to accurately latch the latch body to the latch receiver with a small movement of the mover, and play with the door closed, The rattling can be reduced. That is, by dividing the functions into the mover and the latch main body, it is possible to design such that play and rattling when the latch is latched on the latch receiver are minimized. Further, noise generated when the door is opened and closed is reduced. Further, damage to the latch receiver, the latch, and other various members and mechanisms can be reduced.
[0010]
Here, the term “latch receiver” generally means a member for engaging at least the mover and latching the latch. The latch receiver has an edge engaged with the mover, and the edge serves as a mooring portion. Although the shape of the latch receiver is not particularly limited, usually, the latch receiver has an opening, and a mooring portion is set on a peripheral portion thereof (however, the opening is not necessarily formed in the latch receiver). At this time, by inserting the latch main body into the opening, the latch main body can face the mooring portion. Then, the movable element is displaced in a state where the latch body is inserted into the opening of the latch receiver, and the engagement between the latch receiver and the latch or the release thereof is performed. As a result, it is possible to reduce the play of the door or the like in a state where the door or the like is closed, and it is possible to moor the door or the like with a relatively small operation of the mover with high accuracy. Further, unlike the case of using the existing sickle-shaped latch, it is not necessary to form a large opening (for allowing the sickle-shaped latch to rotate) in the latch receiver. Note that the opening of the latch receiver may have a closed opening edge, or may have a notch whose opening edge is not closed.
[0011]
It is preferable that the mover projects and retracts from the latch body.
[0012]
Furthermore, if the movable element in the retracted position is configured to be substantially accommodated in the latch body, the movable element is protected by the latch body, so that when the latch is disengaged from the movable element, It is possible to avoid interference with other members and hindrance. Further, the mover can be firmly attached to the latch body, which leads to improvement in strength.
[0013]
If at least some of the components of the drive mechanism are housed inside the latch body, the drive mechanism will not be exposed. Therefore, no foreign matter is mixed in or the components of the drive mechanism do not collide with other members, which contributes to reduction of failures, improvement of appearance, effective use of space, and the like.
[0014]
When the latch body is hung on the latch receiver, if the outer surface of the latch body is in contact with or close to the latch receiver and relative positioning of the latch body with respect to the latch receiver is performed, for example, the door is closed. Sometimes the door can be suitably positioned with respect to the housing.
[0015]
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The latch device according to the present invention can be suitably used for mooring one member to another member. That is, one of the member and the other member is provided with the latch receiver, and the other is provided with the latch device, and the two can be detachably connected via the latch receiver and the latch device. In particular, in a storage furniture including at least a furniture main body in which a space capable of storing various articles therein and a lid body that opens or closes the space, the member is detachably attached to the furniture main body. It can be said that the application for mooring is effective. In this case, the latch receiver is provided on one of the furniture main body and the lid, and the latch device is provided on the other. A door that opens or closes a storage space of the storage furniture main body is a typical example of the lid described herein. Alternatively, when the storage furniture is a cabinet or a wagon or the like, a housing capable of storing a drawer so that the drawer can be taken in and out corresponds to the furniture main body, and a mirror plate of the drawer drawn out of the housing corresponds to the lid.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a storage furniture 1 to which a latch device 4 according to the present invention is applied. The storage furniture 1 has a housing-like furniture main body 2 in which a storage space 21 opening on the front side is provided, and a double door-type door which is attached via a hinge at a position where the storage space 21 is opened and closed. 31 and 32. The latch device 4 is applied to, for example, the right door 31 of the left and right doors 31 and 32. When the left door 32 in the present embodiment is closed, the opening and closing operation is prohibited by overlapping the edges of the right door 31 from above. The right door 31 is moored to the furniture main body 2 by the function of the latch device 4 according to the present invention. When the user operates the operation body 6 mounted on the right door 31, the mooring of the right door 31 by the latch device 4 can be canceled.
[0017]
More specifically, the latch receiver 5 is provided on the furniture main body 2, and the latch device 4 to be hooked on the latch receiver 5 is provided on the right door 31. The latch receiver 5 is provided on a front vertical surface 22 formed near a peripheral wall (in the example shown in FIG. 2, the bottom wall of the furniture main body 2) surrounding the storage space 21 of the furniture main body 2. The latch receiver 5 in the present embodiment has an opening 51 whose peripheral edge is closed. Further, a mooring portion 52 for latching a latch 41 described later is set on the peripheral edge thereof. However, this does not prevent the latch receiver 5 from having an opening (or notch) whose peripheral edge is not closed.
[0018]
The latch device 4 includes a latch 41 having a latch body 42 and a movable element 43 as main components, and a driving mechanism 44 for driving the movable element 43 of the latch 41. The latch 41 is provided so as to protrude from a position corresponding to the latch receiver 5 on the inner surface side of the door 31. When the door 31 is closed, the latch 41 is inserted into the opening 51 of the latch receiver 5 provided on the furniture body 2.
[0019]
Incidentally, the latch receiver 5 and the latch 41 can be provided in plurality, especially in pairs. For example, a latch receiver 5 is provided near a bottom wall and a top wall (not shown) of the furniture body 2, and a latch 41 that can be inserted into and removed from the latch receiver 5 is vertically moved on the inner surface side of the door 31. It can be provided in a pair.
[0020]
The latch device 4 will be described in detail. The latch main body 42 has, for example, a flat plate shape, and displaceably supports the movable element 43 that engages with the anchoring portion 52 set on the latch receiver 5. The latch body 42 and the mover 43 may be separate members or may be a single member, but the mover 43 in the present embodiment is separate from the latch body 42. Normally, the latch body 42 is not deformed, and is fixed to the member on which the latch body 42 is provided, that is, the door 31. That is, the latch main body 42 moves relative to the furniture main body 2 and the latch receiver 5 together with the door 31, and is inserted into the opening 51 of the latch receiver 5 when the door 31 is closed, and the mooring portion 52 set on the latch receiver 5. It is positioned to face.
[0021]
If the latch main body 42 is configured to engage with the latch receiver 5 when at least a part of the outer surface of the latch main body 42 is positioned so as to face the mooring portion 52, the latch main body 42 and the latch receiver 5 are used. Then, the closed door 31 can be positioned with respect to the furniture main body 2. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the positioning is performed by making the shape and size of the opening 51 substantially coincide with the outer shape and size of the base of the latch body. Further, in the illustrated example, a portion of the latch body 42 that is engaged with the edge of the opening 51 of the latch receiver 5 with the door 31 closed and that is closer to the distal end than the base has a tapered shape compared to the base. Therefore, when closing the door 31, even if the latch main body 42 is not necessarily at an appropriate position with respect to the opening 51, the tapered tip portion is first inserted into the opening 51, and then the latch main body 42 is appropriately positioned by the edge of the opening 51. It is inserted to the base while being guided to a proper position. As described above, since the latch main body 42 is appropriately positioned with respect to the latch receiver 5, the latch main body 42 can be suitably moored to the latch receiver 5 even with a relatively small movable element 43. In particular, in the case of this embodiment, the positioning of the door in the surface direction is suitably performed. At the closed position of the door 31, a slight gap is formed between the outer surface of the latch body 42 and the edge of the opening 51. (See FIGS. 3 to 5)
As schematically shown in the plan views of FIGS. 3 and 4, the mover 43 has a contact surface 43 a that contacts the anchoring portion 52 of the latch receiver 5. Protrude and sink in parallel directions. In the illustrated example, it protrudes and sinks laterally from the latch body 42. However, it does not prevent the mover 43 from protruding and retracting above or below the latch body 42. In the present embodiment, a cavity exists in the latch body 42, and the mover 43 is disposed in the cavity. Further, a slot (slot) 42 a communicating with a cavity in the latch body 42 is formed on an end face (side end face in the illustrated example) of the latch body 42. When the mover 43 is displaced with respect to the latch body 42, a part of the mover 43 projects and retracts from the slot 42a. Therefore, the mover 43 is a plate-like body having a thickness dimension such that at least a part thereof can be accommodated in the cavity in the latch body 42. The mover 43 is supported by the latch body 42 via a rotation shaft 42b also arranged in a cavity in the latch body 42, and is relatively rotated about the rotation shaft 42b with respect to the latch body 42. Can be. The rotation shaft 42b is disposed at a position relatively near the tip of the latch body 42. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the latch main body 42 is inserted into the opening 51 of the latch receiver 5, the rotation shaft 42 b is positioned deeper than the edge of the opening 51 of the latch receiver 5. That is, as compared with the mooring portion 52 (or an action point P to be described later), the rotation shaft 42b moves in the direction in which the latch body 42 enters the latch receiver 5 (upward in FIGS. 3 and 4). It is located forward, in other words, on the tip side of the latch body 42.
[0022]
The mover 43 engages with the mooring portion 52 with the latch body 42 facing the mooring portion 52, that is, with the latch body 42 inserted into the opening 51 of the latch receiver 5, and A deployment position S (shown in FIG. 3) where the latch body 42 is hooked on the receiver 5 and a retracted position E (see FIG. 4) that allows the latch body 42 to be detached from the latch receiver 5 without engaging with the mooring portion 52. (Shown). The relative displacement of the mover 43 with respect to the latch body 42 is a movement including rotation, and the center of the rotation is the rotation shaft 42b.
[0023]
Then, when the mover 43 is moved relative to the latch receiver 5 so that the latch 41 (or the door 31) is detached in a state where the mover 43 is engaged with the mooring portion 52, a reaction acting on the mover 43 is performed. The direction of movement of the mover 43 when the force F is displaced from the deployed position S to the retracted position E, that is, the direction component of the direction in which the movable element 43 at the deployed position S rotates toward the retracted position E Configure so that there is no component force. Therefore, the reaction force F acting on the contact surface 43a of the mover 43 from the mooring portion 52 of the latch receiver 5 acts in a direction opposite to the direction in which the engagement between the mover 43 and the mooring portion 52 is released. , The angle of the contact surface 43a is set. Further, in a state where the mover 43 is engaged with the mooring portion 52, the center of rotation of the mover 43 with respect to the latch body 42 is larger than the action point P at which the mooring portion 52 acts on the mover 43. Along the direction of relative movement of. In other words, the rotation shaft 42b, which is the center of rotation of the mover 43, is located ahead of the action point P in the direction in which the latch body 42 enters the latch receiver 5 (in other words, the mover 43). The center of rotation of 43 is, as viewed from the point of action P, ahead of the latch receiver 5 in the direction of the force F acting on the mover 43 at the point of action P). Needless to say, this action point P exists on the contact surface 43a.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 5, the reaction force F can be regarded as a resultant force of a component F1 directed from the point of action P toward the center of rotation and a component F2 directed from the point of action P in a direction parallel to the contact surface 43a. it can. The component F2 that is directed from the point of action P in a direction parallel to the contact surface 43a is a force that acts in a direction that causes the mover 43 to move from the retracted position E to the deployed position S. Therefore, if the friction between the mover 43 and the mooring portion 52 is sufficiently large and the mover 43 does not slide with respect to the mooring portion 52, the latch 41 is latched while the mover 43 is engaged with the mooring portion 52. In the case where the movable member 43 is to be detached from the movable member 5, the movable member 43 tends to protrude further from the latch body 42. That is, the movable element 43 attempts to rotate further beyond the deployed position S, but when a predetermined portion (the contact portion 43c) of the movable element 43 comes into contact with the inner wall surface or the like of the latch body 42, or When the drive mechanism 44 associated with the above stops the mover 43, further displacement is suppressed. As a result, the engagement between the mover 43 and the mooring portion 52 is further strengthened, so that the latch 41 is not accidentally detached from the latch receiver 5.
[0025]
Further, in the present embodiment, the outer edge of the mover 43 in the vicinity of the action point P, in other words, the surface shape of the contact surface 43a is a partial arc shape (partial cylindrical curved surface shape) substantially corresponding to the locus of rotation with respect to the latch body 42. The movable member 43 can be smoothly displaced between the deployed position S and the retreat position E, and the latch 41 and the latch receiver 5 when the movable member 43 is engaged with the mooring portion 52 are provided. It is possible to minimize play and rattling during the game. Further, the fact that the contact surface 43a is a cylindrical curved surface having the diameter of a line segment connecting the rotation shaft 42b, which is the center of rotation, and the action point P means that the rotation force from the action point P out of the component force of the reaction force F described above. Means that the component F1 toward the center does not act to rotate the mover 43. Accordingly, even if the friction between the mover 43 and the mooring portion 52 is small and the mover 43 is expected to slip with respect to the mooring portion 52, the mover 43 rotates from the deployed position S toward the retreat position E. It is unlikely that something will happen. That is, it is not necessary to pay special attention to the static friction coefficient between the mover 43 and the mooring portion 52.
[0026]
A drive mechanism 44, which is another element of the latch device 4, is mounted on the door 31 serving as a lid, and has a role of displacing the movable element 43 of the latch 41 in conjunction with an operation on a predetermined operation body 6. As shown in FIG. 6, the operating body 6 includes an operating shaft 61 and an operating lever 62 attached to a required portion of the operating shaft 61. The operation shaft 61 has, for example, a prismatic shape extending in the vertical direction, and is supported by the door 31 so as to be rotatable around its axis. The operation lever 62 is a member that is directly operated by a user's finger, is fixed at a predetermined height position of the operation shaft 61, and is normally exposed on the outer surface of the door 31. The user can rotate the operation shaft 61 via the operation lever 62. The drive mechanism 44 in the present embodiment mainly includes a hook member 44 fixed to an end of the operation shaft 61. The hook member 44 rotates on a horizontal plane about the operation shaft 61 when the operation lever 62 is operated. The tip of the hook member 44 is housed in the latch body 42 and engages with the mover 43 (a pin 43b projecting upward or downward). Then, the operation force applied to the operation lever 62 and the operation shaft 61 is transmitted to the mover 43.
[0027]
Generally speaking, when the user pulls the operation lever 62 with the door closed as shown in FIG. 4, the operation shaft 61 rotates around its axis, and the hook member 44 interlocks with the operation shaft 61. It rotates around the operation shaft 61. Then, the hook member 44 is engaged with (the pin 43 b of) the movable element 43, and transmits the operating force applied to the operation lever 62 to the movable element 43. As a result, the mover 43 is displaced from the deployed position S toward the retracted position E.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the hook member 44, which is an element of the drive mechanism 44, drives the movable element 43 in conjunction with the operation on the operating body 6, and retracts the movable element 43 to the retracted position E. The user can open the door 31 by driving the operating body 6 to release the engagement between the mover 43 and the mooring section 52.
[0029]
Incidentally, it is preferable that the urging force in the direction in which the mover 43 moves from the retreat position E to the deployed position S is applied directly or indirectly to the mover 43. The urging means 45 for applying an urging force to the mover 43 is typically an elastic urging means represented by a spring such as a torsion coil spring or a leaf spring. The biasing means 45 may be arranged inside the latch body 42 or outside the latch body 42. Further, the movable element 43 may be indirectly biased by applying a biasing force to the members constituting the operating body 6 or the driving mechanism 44.
[0030]
According to the present embodiment, the latch body 42 that moves relatively to the latch receiver 5, the unfolded position S where the latch body 42 is hooked on the latch receiver 5, and the fact that the latch body 42 is detached from the latch receiver 5. Since the latch device 4 includes the movable element 43 that can be displaced between the retreat position E to be allowed and the drive mechanism 44 that displaces the movable element 43 in conjunction with an operation on the predetermined operating body 6, The latch main body 42 can be hung on the latch receiver 5 via the mover 43. More specifically, a latch body 42 that moves relative to the latch receiver 5 and can be positioned so as to face the mooring portion 52 set on the latch receiver 5, In a state where the latch main body 52 faces the latch main body 52 and the latch main body 42 is engaged with the latch main body 52, the latch main body 52 is engaged with the latch main body 52. A latch including a movable element 43 that can be displaced between a retracted position E that allows the detachment of the movable element 43 and a drive mechanism 44 that displaces the movable element 43 in conjunction with an operation on a predetermined operation body 6. Since the device 4 is used, the role of switching between engagement with the latch receiver 5 and its release and the role of positioning with respect to the latch receiver 5 can be shared. When latching the latch 41 on the latch receiver 5, only the mover 43 can be displaced to engage the latch receiver 5. Therefore, the latch 41 can be latched by a small operation, and noise generated at that time is reduced. Further, damage to the latch receiver 5, the latch 41, and other various members and mechanisms can be reduced. Further, by dividing the functions into the mover 43 and the latch body 42, the amount of play and rattling of the door 31 when the door 31 is closed can be reduced by the processing of the latch receiver 5, the latch body 42 and the mover 43. It is determined by the precision, and the influence of the processing precision of the door 31 and the furniture body 2 is reduced. Therefore, the machining accuracy of the latch body 42 is increased so that the positioning error of the latch body 42 with respect to the latch receiver 5, the position of the mover 43 with respect to the latch body 42, and the error of the center of rotation are reduced. Can be accurately latched on the latch receiver 5, and play and backlash in a state where the door 31 is closed can be reduced. It is easier to improve the processing accuracy of the latch receiver 5, the latch main body 42, and the mover 43 as compared with reducing the error with respect to the design dimensions of the door 31 and the furniture main body 2 as a whole. In particular, if the latch receiver 5, the latch main body 42, and the mover 43 are made of, for example, resin, it can be finished with higher precision than the bending process for the sheet metal material. From the above, it is possible to design such that play and rattling when the latch 41 is hooked and latched on the latch receiver 5 are minimized.
[0031]
If the mover 43 protrudes and retracts from the latch main body 42, the control of the relative positional relationship between the latch 41 and the latch receiver 5, and the control of the positional relationship between the door 31 and the furniture main body 2 are performed. The load on the mover 43 and the drive mechanism 44 for driving the mover 43 can be reduced by being mainly carried by the latch body 42. In addition, it is possible to position the door 31 with respect to the furniture body 2 when the door 31 is closed by utilizing the engagement between the latch body 42 and the latch receiver 5.
[0032]
When the latch body 42 is hung on the latch receiver 5, the outer surface of the latch body 42 abuts on or approaches at least a part of the edge of the opening 51 of the latch receiver 5, and the latch body 42 is relatively positioned with respect to the latch receiver 5. If the positioning is performed, the closed door 31 can be suitably positioned with respect to the furniture main body 2, and the rattling of the closed door 31 with respect to the furniture main body 2 can be further reduced.
[0033]
Further, if the movable element 43 at the retracted position E is configured to be substantially accommodated in the latch main body 42, the movable element 43 is protected by the latch main body 42. In this case, it is possible to prevent the mover 43 and other members from interfering with each other. Further, the mover can be firmly attached to the latch body, which leads to an improvement in strength.
[0034]
The fact that at least a part of the components of the drive mechanism 44 is accommodated in the latch body 42 contributes to prevention of failure, improvement of appearance, effective use of space, and the like.
[0035]
The latch device 4 according to the present invention can be suitably used for mooring one member to another member. That is, the latch receiver 5 is provided on one of the one member and the other member, and the latch device 4 is provided on the other member, and the two are detachably connected via the latch receiver 5 and the latch device 4. Can be. In particular, the storage furniture 1 includes at least a furniture main body 2 in which a space 21 capable of storing various articles is provided, and a door 31 serving as a lid for opening or closing the space 21. By providing the latch receiver 5 on one of the members and the latch device 4 on the other, it is effective to apply the member to the furniture main body 2 so that the member can be freely detached.
[0036]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the movable element 43 which can be displaced between the deployed position S engaged with the mooring portion 52 set on the latch receiver 5 and the retracted position E not engaged with the mooring portion 52 is included. In the latch device 4 including a latch 41 that can be hooked and latched on the latch receiver 5 and a driving mechanism 44 that displaces the movable element 43 in conjunction with an operation on a predetermined operating body 6, The reaction force F acting on the mover 43 when a force is applied from the latch receiver 5 in the direction of relative movement so as to detach the latch 41 from the latch receiver 5 in a state where the mover 43 is engaged, and the reaction force F applied to the deployment position S Since it was configured such that it could not have a component force of a directional component along the direction of movement of the mover 43 when displaced to the retracted position E, more specifically, the mover 43 was attached to the mooring section 52. Engaged Thus, the reaction force F acting on the contact surface 43a of the mover 43 abutting on the mooring portion 52 acts in a direction opposite to the direction in which the engagement of the mover 43 with the mooring portion 52 is released. Since the angle of the contact surface 43a is set, the engagement between the mooring portion 52 and the movable element 43 is released when the latch 41 hooked on the latch receiver 5 is to be detached as it is. The displacement of the mover 43 in the direction can be suppressed, and the structural stability in a state where the latch 41 is hooked on the latch receiver 5 can be ensured. This is effective for designing to minimize play and rattling when the latch 41 is hooked on the latch receiver 5.
[0037]
The point at which the mooring section 52 acts on the mover 43 in a state where the displacement of the mover 43 is a movement including rotation, and the center of the rotation is in a state where the mover 43 is engaged with the mooring section 52. If the configuration is such that the latch 41 is located inward of the latch 41 along the direction of relative movement of the latch 41, play and rattling when the latch 41 is hooked on the latch receiver 5 can be minimized. .
[0038]
If the outer edge of the mover 43 in the vicinity of the action point P, in other words, the surface shape of the contact surface 43a is a substantially partial arc (partially cylindrical curved surface) substantially corresponding to the locus of rotation. The movable element 43 can be displaced to smoothly engage with the mooring portion 52 of the latch receiver 5, and the movable element 43 engaged with the mooring portion 52 can be displaced to smoothly release the engagement. be able to. Moreover, at this time, a suitable design that minimizes play and rattling can be realized.
[0039]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in detail above. In particular, various configurations of the drive mechanism for displacing the mover can be considered in addition to the configuration in the above embodiment. Further, the driving operation of the operating body is not always performed in the rotation direction.
[0040]
The mover is not always arranged inside the latch body. For example, the latch device according to the present invention can be configured by rotatably supporting the mover on the outer surface of the latch body via the rotation shaft.
[0041]
In the above embodiment, the mooring portion of the latch receiver is set near the peripheral portion on the back surface side of the opening, more precisely, near the edge where the back surface side of the opening edge and the inner surface of the opening intersect. However, the setting position of the mooring portion of the latch receiver is not limited to the above-described mode. For example, the mooring portion is set at the inner surface of the opening (particularly, the mover is engaged with a recess or the like formed at the inner surface of the opening). )). Further, an opening is not necessarily formed in the latch receiver. For example, a configuration in which a projecting body projecting inward from the inner surface of the housing is used as a latch receiver, such as an existing cabinet or wagon, and a latch provided on a drawer that is put in and taken out of the housing is hooked on the latch receiver. It can also be.
[0042]
In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 7, it is also possible to provide a latch body 42 for fixing the mover 43 on the furniture body 2 side and a latch receiver 5 having a mooring portion 52 on the door 31 side. Also in this case, in the state where the mover 43 is engaged with the mooring portion 52, the center 42 b of rotation of the mover 43 with respect to the latch body 42 is closer to the action point P where the mooring portion 52 acts on the mover 43. The latch body 42 is also located forward in the direction in which the latch body 42 moves closer to the latch receiver 5 (along the direction of the force F acting on the mover 43 from the latch receiver 5 at the action point P).
[0043]
The latch device according to the present invention can also be used for mooring a drawer that can be taken in and out of a housing such as a cabinet or a wagon. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, it is possible to apply the latch device 4 according to the present invention by providing the latch receiver 5 on the housing 7 as a furniture main body and the latch device 4 on the drawer 8. The driving mechanism at this time can be configured by applying various known mechanisms, and thus the description is omitted here.
[0044]
Moreover, it does not prevent applying the latch device according to the present invention to something other than the storage furniture. Furthermore, the latch device according to the present invention is not only applied to furniture products. For example, in an information processing terminal having a foldable display or the like, the latch device according to the present invention may be applied as a device for mooring the folded display or the like to a main body of the information processing terminal. Conceivable.
[0045]
In addition, the specific configuration of each unit is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described in detail above, it is possible to suppress noise generated due to opening and closing of a door and the like, and to minimize play and rattling of the door and the like when the door is closed.
