Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water-stopping material incorporated in an exterior structure of a building and a water-stopping structure to which the water-stopping material is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in forming an upper edge of an opening of a building, a waterproof structure is proposed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 3233709 or Matsushita Electric Works Catalog P213 (2001). An example of the waterproof material at the upper edge of the opening forming the outer wall surface of the conventional building and its mounting structure will be described with reference to FIG. FIGS. 5A and 5B each show a conventional water blocking structure. As shown in these figures, in these water blocking structures, a gap 5 with the upper opening edge 2 is provided at the lower end of the exterior material panel 1 above the upper opening edge 2, and a rectangular parallelepiped shape such as 51 a or 51 b is provided. After the round-shaped backup material shown in the figure is inserted into the inner part, a sealing material or the like 6 is usually filled to improve the appearance and prevent rainwater, dust and the like from entering the gap 5.
[0003]
In addition, a drainage space may be partially provided in the gap 5 in case rainwater enters from a connection portion or the like of the space 4 provided between the exterior material panel 1 and the base material 7.
As described in FIG. 1 of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 3233709, there is a case where the waterproof sheet is inclined so that rainwater or the like flows down to the front side.
[0004]
However, in these shapes, when rainwater or the like intrudes into the space 4 between the exterior material panel 1 and the base material 7 from a connection portion between the exterior material panels 1 or the like, the upper edge of the opening becomes parallel to the ground surface. Therefore, the rainwater that has flowed down is not only likely to stay in the space 4, but also has a high possibility of causing a problem such as water leakage to the indoor side. These problems are likely to occur similarly even in a structure having no space 4.
[0005]
Although the drainage space may be provided in order to prevent rainwater from staying in the above-described water-blocking material configuration, the above-described problem is not completely solved as long as the backup material shape is the rectangular parallelepiped shape 51a or the round shape 51b. Not only that, wind and rain blows out of the drainage space, which has aggravated the problem.
Even if the waterproof sheet 61 described in FIG. 1 of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 3233709 is inclined (FIG. 6 (a)), rainwater can be appropriately drained as long as there is a backup material 51a or 51b at the bottom. Not only is it impossible to discharge, but also because the waterproof sheet 61, which is a fragile material, is floated in the space, when the waterproof sheet 61 is opened or torn (FIG. 6B), Further problems arise.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventor of the present application has studied the water stop structure at the upper edge of the opening, and as a result, has found that a simple water stop structure and water stop that can appropriately stop and drain rainwater and the like and prevent rainwater from being blown from the drainage space. With the knowledge of the materials, the present invention was completed. That is, the present invention is as follows.
1. A waterproofing material disposed in an upper space portion of an opening upper edge of an exterior material structure having a space between a back surface of the exterior material panel and a base material, wherein a height of the exterior material panel side is a height of the base material side. A water stopping material characterized by having a gradient that is lower than the above.
2. 1. It has elasticity. Water-stopping material according to the above.
3. 1. A double-sided adhesive tape and a release paper are attached to the bottom side. Or 2. Water-stopping material according to the above.
4. A waterproof structure for sealing and waterproofing a gap between a lower end surface of an exterior material panel and an upper edge of an opening located below the outer panel, wherein a drainage space is partially provided in the gap.
5. 3. A decorative member having a drainage ditch is installed in the drainage space. The water-stop structure according to the above.
6. A drainage decorative member having a drainage groove and having a double-sided adhesive tape and release paper adhered to the bottom side.
[0009]
Since the water-stopping material of the present invention is configured as described above, it has a simple structure having a slope on the front side (exterior material panel side), and the water-stopping material can be easily installed at the upper part of the upper edge of the opening. .
Further, the water stopping structure according to the present invention is a structure for simply stopping water using the above water stopping material.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail, particularly focusing on its preferred embodiments.
The water-stopping material of the present invention has a simple structure having a gradient on the front side (exterior material panel side), and the material preferably has an appropriate elasticity. Further, it is preferable that a double-sided adhesive tape and a release paper are adhered to the bottom surface of the water blocking material.
With the above configuration, even if an error occurs when attaching the exterior material panel, or if the exterior material panel is vertically displaced due to vibration such as an earthquake, the exterior material panel is damaged. It is possible to maintain the performance without causing it to occur.
[0011]
Further, the water blocking structure of the present invention is a structure in which the sealing material is filled in a gap between the lower end surface of the exterior material panel and the upper edge of the opening using the above water blocking material, but in order to partially provide a space. It is characterized by securing a part not filled with the sealing material and securing a drainage space.
Accordingly, rainwater that has entered the back surface side of the exterior material panel can be reliably discharged to the outside from the drainage space due to the slope of the waterproof material, and there is no problem such as water leakage. Furthermore, even when wind and rain are blown, if the height of the base material side secures an effective height for the blow, the infiltrated water is stopped at the slope of the waterproof material without invading the indoor side, The structure is such that drainage is performed again along the slope when the weather stops.
[0012]
In addition, in the construction of the waterproof structure, the exterior material panel is constructed after the waterproof material is constructed, and after the exterior material panel is constructed, the gap between the lower end surface of the exterior material panel and the upper edge of the opening is filled with a sealing material (partially. It is preferable to provide a gap that is not filled in the space), and a gap formed at that time may be provided with a decorative member having a drainable groove from an aesthetic point of view. Preferably, the decorative member has a double-sided adhesive tape and a release paper attached thereto.
[0013]
An embodiment of a water-stopping material and a water-stopping structure using the same according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing a configuration of an example of a water stopping structure using a water stopping material according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective explanatory view showing a configuration of the example of FIG.
[0014]
First, an example of a water stopping structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 3 denotes a waterproof material provided between an exterior material panel 1 such as an ALC (lightweight cellular concrete) panel, an extruded panel, and a ceramic siding material and an upper portion of the upper opening edge 2.
The waterproof material 3 is disposed on the upper edge 2 of the opening, and the exterior material panel 1 is attached. Thereafter, the sealing material 6 is filled in the gap 5 provided between the exterior material panel 1 and the upper edge 2 of the opening. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a drainage space 7 in which the sealing material is not partially filled is provided at a location where the sealing material 6 is filled.
[0015]
Next, an example of the water stopping structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 is a view showing an example of the decorative member 8 of the present invention. FIG. 3 (A) is a perspective view of the decorative member 8, FIG. 3 (B) is a top view of the decorative member, and FIG. 3 is a front view of the decorative member 8, FIG. 3D is a bottom view of the decorative member 8, and FIG. 3E is a side view of the decorative member. FIG. 4 is a perspective explanatory view showing another example of the water stopping structure.
[0016]
The embodiment of FIG. 2 is an example in which the drainage space 7 in which the sealing material is not partially filled in the gap 5 provided between the exterior material panel 3 and the opening upper edge 2 is provided. A decorative member 8 having a drainable groove is disposed in a drainage space. The decorative member 8 has a plurality of water grooves 9 and 10 on the lower surface, and rainwater or the like flowing down the waterproof material 3 can enter from the rear groove 10 and be appropriately discharged to the outside from the front groove 9. And Further, the decorative member 8 has an inclined portion 11 on the upper surface, and can be filled with a sealing material.
[0017]
A projection 12 is provided on a part of the decorative member on the side of the base material. This is because water flowing along the slope of the water blocking material is partially provided with a convex portion so that the decorative member does not block, and water is supplied from the rear groove 10 to the front groove 9 shown in FIG. belongs to.
Thus, a sufficient drainage function can be ensured with a simple-shaped decorative member, and an aesthetic problem can also be solved.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
