Claims (4)
- 発光ダイオード(LED)を持ちかつ容量(C)及び電流フィードバックを持つ映像面の画素(10)用の駆動回路であって、発光ダイオード(LED)用の電流駆動トランジスタとしての第1の薄膜トランジスタ(T1)、及び第1の通電電極を第1の薄膜トランジスタ(T1)のゲートに接続されかつ第2の通電電極をデータ導線(D)に接続されかつゲート電極を走査信号導線(A)に接続される第2の薄膜トランジスタ(T2)が設けられているものにおいて、第3の薄膜トランジスタ(T3)が設けられて、駆動導線を介してそのゲートを駆動される際、電流駆動トランジスタ(T1)の出力端からダイオード駆動電流を取出して、電流測定兼電圧調整回路(11)へ導き、電流測定兼電圧調整回路(11)が、電流測定結果及び電圧比較に関係する電圧信号をデータ導線(D)へ与え、発光ダイオード(LED)が、第3の薄膜トランジスタ(T3)のゲートの駆動中に、その非線形開閉特性により、電流測定兼電圧調整回路(11)への電流転向用スイッチとして作用することを特徴とする、駆動回路。
- 第2及び第3の薄膜トランジスタ(T2,T3)のゲート電極が同じ走査信号導線(A)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動回路。
- 駆動回路のすべての素子(T1,T2,T3,C)が発光ダイオード(LED)の同じ側に設けられ、従ってダイオード半導体材料に接触子を通す必要がないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動回路。
- 列導線(D,S)に接続される電流測定兼電圧調整回路(11)の部材が低抵抗であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の駆動回路
