For example, in building material applications, printed matter is used as a decorative sheet, decorative paper, or the like, or by further adhering it to a plate material, such as a decorative board or a decorative panel, the interior material, exterior material, fittings, etc. of a building. Used for surface decoration. For example, as a wall material, it is used as a wall panel or the like.
In addition to building materials, a printed pattern (image) formed by printing on a plurality of printing papers is divided into a plurality of printing papers in a large outdoor or indoor advertisement where the size of one printing paper is insufficient. The target print pattern (image) is expressed by arranging the print paper of side by side.

The two printed matter 20 arranged in parallel to the horizontal direction is, for example, a panel formed by sticking a decorative sheet obtained by printing a predetermined pattern on a resin sheet or paper to a plate material or the like. In the diagram, which is a conceptual diagram, the number of printed matter to be arranged is two, which is the minimum number of printed sheets when arranged. Two prints 20
Is an example in which the array printed matter 200 is configured by abutting and abutting so that their outer edges are in contact with each other in the horizontal direction.
The array printed matter 200 constitutes a wall surface of a building.

The printed patterns 2 are the same as each other. That is, it is a state in which two prints having the same pattern are horizontally arranged. Further, in the case of the same drawing, the printed pattern 2 has one strip-shaped pattern that forms a continuous straight line in the horizontal direction of the printed matter in the central portion in the vertical direction of the printed matter. The printed pattern 2 is a pattern in which both ends thereof extend to the outer edges of the printed matter in the horizontal direction. Further, in the figure, the two printed materials 20 are arranged so that their top and bottom are aligned. Therefore, the printed patterns 2 of the two printed materials 20 are arranged between the two printed materials 20 in the array printed material 200. , And the length of the strip extends, resulting in a strip-shaped printed pattern that is longer in the horizontal direction. In addition, in the building wall surface given as an example, such a printed pattern is also called a border pattern.

Therefore, if there is a vertical misalignment when arranging prints next to each other, the subtle vertical misalignment between the strip-shaped print patterns that should be connected is likely to be conspicuous, probably because of a psychological effect. was there. FIG. 6 (B)
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram exaggeratingly drawing this positional deviation. Therefore, when arranging the printed matter, it is necessary to pay attention to the positional deviation, and the workability is poor. In addition, the array printed matter in which the band-shaped printed pattern was misaligned did not have a sufficient original design and the appearance quality deteriorated. Even if the printed materials can be arranged with high accuracy, if the printed patterns are misaligned within the printed materials, the misalignment becomes apparent when the printed materials are arranged. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the positional deviation in the printed matter. In addition to the accuracy of the printing itself, misalignment in the printed matter may occur when the printed paper or printing sheet, etc., which has been created as a printed matter, is attached to a plate, etc. Positioning accuracy etc.

Also, at least in the vicinity of the connecting portion of the strip-shaped printed pattern, the contour of the printed pattern becomes visually faint due to the gradation region, so that the positional deviation of the connecting portion of the strip-shaped printed pattern is less noticeable. it can.

As a result, when the printed matter is arranged so that the striped printed patterns are connected and the strips are extended to form an arrayed printed matter, the positional deviation of the striped printed patterns becomes a particularly noticeable pattern visually. Even in the case of such a particularly conspicuous pattern, in the present invention, since the band-shaped printed pattern is provided with the gradation region peculiar to the present invention, the band-shaped printed pattern has the same effect as described above. It is possible to make the positional deviation of the connecting part inconspicuous.

That is, even if there is a slight positional deviation of the joints of the strip-shaped printed patterns at the joints of the printed components constituting the arrayed printed matter, at least in the vicinity of the joints of the strip-shaped printed patterns, the contours of the printed patterns are formed. However, since the gradation area is visually blurred, it is possible to make the positional deviation of the connection portion of the strip-shaped printed pattern inconspicuous.

In the drawing, which is conceptual, two printed products 10 are arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction to form an array printed product 100. The two printed matter 10 arranged is, for example, a panel formed by sticking a printing sheet such as a resin sheet or a decorative sheet obtained by printing a predetermined pattern on paper to a plate material or the like. Since the figure is conceptual, the number of prints is 2, which is the minimum arrangable number, but it is of course possible that the number is 2 or more. Further, the two printed materials 10 are illustrated as being arranged so as to abut each other so that their outer edges are in contact with each other, but as the arrayed printed material 100, a sealing material is used between the printed materials 10, for example, when a wall surface is used. It may be provided with a gap such as filling.

And in the case of the same figure, the continuous linear strip-shaped pattern is
One is provided at the center of the printed matter 10 in the vertical direction (vertical direction in the drawing). Then, the printed pattern 1 according to the present invention illustrated in FIG.
Then, each of the contours has a gradation area 1g in the top-bottom direction contour portion. If the areas between the top and bottom gradation areas 1g, that is, the portions other than the gradation area 1g are called non-gradation areas 1n, the strip-shaped print pattern 1 is composed of the gradation areas 1g and the non-gradation areas 1n. In the present invention, the gradation change direction Dg of the gradation region 1g
The (double-headed arrow direction in the drawing) is a direction parallel to the outer edge E of the printed matter in which the end of the strip-shaped print pattern extends, that is, in the case of the drawing, the vertical direction (the double-arrow direction in the drawing. As a result, the strip-shaped print pattern). The border part of the image is slightly blurred.

For example, in the gradation area 1g, there is a gradation in which the density becomes smaller toward the outside of the printed pattern, whereas in the non-gradation area sandwiched between the two gradation areas 1g, the area goes to the center of the belt (center in the vertical direction of the drawing). It means that there may be gradations with low density.

It is an increase or decrease in the direction in which the density of the non-print pattern area N, which is an area, continuously changes. The density relationship between the printed pattern 1 and the non-printed pattern area N (more accurately, the vicinity of the portion in contact with the printed pattern 1) may be large or small (when the printed pattern 1 has a larger density than the non-printed pattern area). Since the printed pattern 1 has a lower density than the non-printed pattern N), in the gradation area 1g, both the case where the density increases and the case where the density decreases as the printed pattern 1 approaches the non-printed pattern area. It is possible.

The width of the gradation area that is preferable for making the positional deviation less noticeable is different depending on the application of the printed matter and the arrayed printed matter, since the distance at which it is seen, the degree of attention, etc.
It may have an appropriate width.

When the printed matter 10 is arranged to form the arranged printed matter 100,
Even if there is a slight misalignment between the adjacent strips of the printed pattern 1 in the connected portion of the striped printed pattern 1, the contour of the printed pattern 1 becomes visually blurred due to the gradation region 1g. Therefore, it is possible to make the positional deviation of the connecting portion of the strip-shaped printed pattern 1 inconspicuous.

However, the positional deviation when arranging the printed matter is most noticeable in the area where the printed materials are adjacent to each other, and therefore, at least, a gradation area may be present in a portion related to the adjacent area. That is, the gradation area may be only near the outer edge of the printed matter.

Although the leading end (one end) of the belt completely extends to the outer edge E of the printed matter 10 and the leading edge of the belt and the outer edge E match each other, a gap may be provided between the leading edge of the belt and the outer edge E. The gap is
For example, it is a joint portion for use as a wall surface of a building. The larger the gap is, the smaller the effect of the present invention is, but the degree of the effect varies depending on the use of the printed matter, the size of the printed matter, the viewing distance of the printed matter, the degree of attention, and the like. Therefore, the maximum size of the permissible gap is not uniquely determined, but when a printed matter having such a gap is arranged to form an arrayed printed matter, the strip-shaped printed pattern is connected between the adjacent printed matters. The effect of the present invention can be obtained as long as the gap is such that it can be visually felt as if the belt is stretched. Here, as a specific example of the size of the gap, it is about 1 cm or the like when the size of the printed material is wall use and the size is about 2 m in length and 1 m in width. As described above, in the present invention, the fact that one end of the strip of the strip-shaped printed pattern extends to the outer edge of the printed matter also includes the case where there is a gap between the tip (one end) of the strip and the outer edge E.

It is a discontinuous band, and some printed patterns 1A and 1C have an outer edge E.
However, a part of the printed pattern 1 (center part in the left-right direction in the figure)
The pattern B may not be applied to the outer edge E. In this case, it is preferable to provide gradation regions in all of the print patterns 1A, 1B, and 1C from the viewpoint of overall uniformity in design expression, but as shown in FIG. However, the effect can be obtained even if only the strips 1A and 1C related to the outer edge are provided and the strip-shaped printed pattern 1B at the center has no gradation region. Such a mode may be appropriately selected in consideration of the intended design expression and the like.

It is also possible to use a combination of. FIG. 3 shows an example thereof. Figure 3
The strip-shaped printed pattern 1 shown in (A) is a wavy curve. Further, the strip-shaped printed pattern 1 shown in FIG. 3B is a polygonal line composed of straight line segments. The strip-shaped printed pattern 1 shown in FIG. 3 (C) is a zigzag pattern composed of a plurality of separated straight line segments. Further, as in the strip-shaped printed pattern 1 shown in FIG. 4, the strip may have a non-uniform width. FIG. 4 shows a case where one contour line of the band is a straight line and the other contour line is a polygonal line. As mentioned above, various band shapes are possible, but if the band shape is a straight line (a band center line is a straight line and has a uniform band width), that is, if it is a continuous straight band shape, it is the most position. The deviation is apt to be noticeable, and the effect of the present invention is the greatest in this linear band-shaped printed pattern.

The printed matter 10 illustrated in FIG. In the case of the same drawing, as the strip-shaped printed pattern 1, a linear strip-shaped pattern continuous in the horizontal direction (the horizontal direction in the drawing) between the facing outer edges is defined as the upper end and the lower end in the vertical direction (the vertical direction in the drawing) of the printed matter 10. , And in the center have a total of three. In addition, the strip-shaped pattern at the top, that is, the strip-shaped printed pattern at the top, is the direction in which the strip is cut vertically (the horizontal direction in the drawing).
Is in contact with the upper end of the printed matter 10. Similarly, the strip-shaped pattern at the lower end is also in a form in which it is turned upside down and is in contact with the lower end of the printed matter. When a plurality of strip patterns unique to the present invention are provided in one printed material, the strip patterns may be non-parallel patterns or intersecting patterns. Further, in the case of having a plurality of strip-shaped patterns, they may be combinations of different shapes (for example, straight lines, curved lines, polygonal lines, full width, partial length).

The gradation area 1g, which is peculiar to the present invention, is not provided because it is a contacted portion. This is the same even if the printed matter 10 is arranged in the vertical direction of the drawing. At the upper end and the lower end, even if those strip-shaped print patterns are connected to each other between adjacent prints and form a continuous external shape pattern, it is an arrangement in which the strip becomes thick,
This is because the arrangement is not such that the belt extends.

As described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 of the conceptual diagram, the printed matter has at least the strip-shaped printed pattern 1, but other printed patterns may be expressed. For example, if a construction material application such as a wall material is envisioned, there may be a stone pattern, a grain pattern, a wood pattern, etc., or a printed pattern expressing other patterns such as characters, figures, and images. Such a printed pattern is a striped printed pattern 1
It can be provided in the non-printed pattern area N where no pattern is formed, or in the strip-shaped printed pattern itself, or in both areas. When the strip-shaped print pattern itself (inside) is provided, the non-gradation area or the gradation area can be provided. When it is provided in the gradation area, it is preferable to provide the same (pattern) pattern as the non-gradation area together with the non-gradation area, from the viewpoint that there is no sense of discontinuity. That is,
The gradation region referred to in the present invention includes not only the change in density as a solid pattern, but also the change in density with a pattern such as a pattern.

Specific examples of the material of the sheet include a resin sheet (film) such as polyester resin and polyolefin resin, paper, non-woven fabric, metal foil, or a laminated body or a composite body of these. Also, as a specific example of the material of the plate,
It is a resin plate such as an acrylic resin or a polyolefin resin, an inorganic non-metal plate (cement plate or the like), a metal plate or a wood plate. Further, the plate may be a flat plate, a bent plate having an L-shaped cross section, a curved plate, or the like. The material of the three-dimensional object is resin,
Metals, wood materials, inorganic non-metal materials and the like can be mentioned. If the printed matter is a plate or a three-dimensional three-dimensional object, if it cannot be linearly printed on it, or if it is not linearly printed, then the printed matter once produced in the form of a sheet such as a resin sheet or paper is a known laminating means such as an adhesive. These can be printed by stacking them on the surface of a plate or a three-dimensional solid.

To be done. Therefore, normally, when the printed matter is a continuous strip-shaped sheet, it means that the strip-shaped printed pattern has a continuous linear strip-shaped pattern over the outer edges of the printed matter. The so-called striped pattern over the entire width. However, the continuous strip-shaped sheet is a sheet-like printed material cut into sheets (finite length) when arrayed as described above. Therefore, if there is a strip-shaped printed pattern extending in the flow direction on a continuous strip-shaped sheet, it is the same as the other printed matter, with the cut edges (upper and lower in the flow direction) generated at the time of cutting the sheet as the outer edge. By arranging adjacently, it seems that the adjacent printed matter can be arranged so that the belts are connected and stretched. Therefore, in a strip-shaped printed pattern in the flow direction in such a continuous strip-shaped printed matter, the gradation region is
It may be changed in the width direction.

Further, even if the printed materials to be arranged have the same shape and the same size, it is not always necessary that the strip-shaped printed patterns that they have have the same shape (and the same gradation). Further, even if all the printed patterns have the same shape, it is not always necessary to have the same appearance in terms of other patterns, background color and the like. These depend on the intended use of the printed matter, the image / information to be expressed, the design, and the like.

For example, in the case of a wall material or the like, the space may be filled with a sealing material and attached. However, according to the present invention, since the positional deviation is not conspicuous, it is difficult to impair the appearance of design expression or the like even if the gap is made smaller or arranged by abutting without leaving the gap.

However, it is suitable for applications in which the feature of the present invention that the positional deviation of the band-shaped printed pattern is not noticeable at the time of arrangement can be utilized. Such applications include, for example, building interior and exterior materials such as the interior and exterior walls of buildings, door interior and exterior surfaces, and vehicle interior and exterior materials. Specifically, the printed matter is, for example, a wallpaper, a wall panel, a partition, or the like, and the arranged printed matter is a structure in which these are arranged. Alternatively, it is also suitable for applications such as large-scale advertisements outdoors or indoors.

A printed matter 10 having three strip-shaped patterns as shown as the strip-shaped printed pattern 1 was produced. One strip in the continuous strip-shaped printed matter was attached so that the strip was divided at the center in the longitudinal direction of the plate and the next strip was divided at approximately the center to reach the upper and lower ends of the plate. Therefore, the striped print pattern is
In the plate-shaped printed matter 10, the central band in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) has a gradation region in the vertical contour, the upper end band has a gradation region in the lower contour, and the lower end band. Has a gradation area on its upper contour. The top and bottom size of the FRP plate is 200c
The distance between the top and bottom of the strip-shaped printed pattern is 101 cm, which is indivisible with respect to m. The reason why the continuous strip-shaped printed sheet is attached to the sheet material is the amount of the cutting margin of the sheet. 2 cm is secured in this case. If a cutting allowance is required for the attachment, it goes without saying that the cutting allowance may be a size that is easy to process, for example, an appropriate size such as 1 to 20 cm.

出来る。(1) According to the printed matter of the present invention, when the printed matter is arranged to form an array printed matter so that the belt-shaped printed patterns are connected and the belt extends, the position of the joint portion of the belt-shaped printed patterns is arranged. Even if there is some deviation, it can be made inconspicuous. (2) In particular, conventionally, when the band-shaped printed pattern was a linear band-shaped pattern that was continuous over the outer edges of the printed matter that faced each other, the positional deviation was noticeable, but in this case, the positional deviation is more effective. Can be made inconspicuous. (3) When the printed matter is a continuous strip-shaped sheet, the printed matter is suitable for mass production by a rotary printing machine or the like, or as a continuous strip-shaped product in a usage form. (4) According to the printed matter array of the present invention, it is possible to make it inconspicuous even if there is some positional deviation in the joint portion of the strip-shaped printed pattern.
