Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 結合親和性が1×10-7〜1×10-12Mの範囲であり、ヤギポリクロー ナル抗体と比較して少なくとも100%向上した中和作用を有することを特徴と する、アンクロッドと結合してその活性を阻害するモノクローナル抗体、抗体フ ラグメント、それらの混合物または誘導体。 2. 抗体がIgG型である、請求項1記載のモノクローナル抗体、抗体フラグ メント、それらの混合物または誘導体。 3. 抗体がMab1−2、Mab2−29/3またはMab3−27またはそ の混合物である、請求項1記載のモノクローナル抗体、抗体フラグメント、それ らの混合物または誘導体。 4. 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のモノクローナル抗体、抗体フラ グメント、それらの混合物または誘導体を発現する細胞。 5. ハイブリドーマ細胞株である、請求項4記載の細胞。 6. ハイブリドーマ細胞株がDSMACC2317、DSMACC2318お よびDSMACC2319である、請求項4または5記載の細胞。 7. 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のモノクローナル抗体、抗体フラ グメント、それらの混合物 または誘導体から成る、医薬品。 8. 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のモノクローナル抗体、抗体フラ グメント、それらの混合物または誘導体の医薬品中への使用。 9. 凝固障害の治療用組成物を製造するための、請求項1から3までのいずれ か1項記載のモノクローナル抗体、抗体フラグメント、それらの混合物または誘 導体の使用。 10.請求項1から3までのいずれかl項記載のモノクローナル抗体、抗体フラ グメント、それらの混合物または誘導体の、診断への使用。
