The present invention relates to an apparatus that is set in combination with a flush toilet dedicated to treatment and that circulates and uses flush water. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as one method of treating human waste, there is a method in which large and small stools are eliminated by the action of bacteria at an appropriate temperature without flowing with water. Since ancient times, stool has been sprinkled with sawdust and peat moss to proliferate microorganisms, leave them naturally in storage tanks, and decompose or stir to accelerate decomposition. The biggest problem with this decomposition method is the adjustment of water content.Since the amount of urine in a public toilet used by an unspecified number of people is large, the base material such as sawdust becomes excessively moist and the activity of aerobic bacteria is reduced. Inhibits, and the filth and the base material rot. Therefore, water cannot be used for flushing toilets at present, but there is a strong demand for flushing toilet bowls in order to remove dirt and prevent the odor of urine. [0003] The problem to be solved is firstly a toilet device which does not contain excessive moisture, secondly a toilet can be washed with a small amount of water each time it is used, and Another object of the present invention is to provide a human waste treatment apparatus in which the same water can be reused repeatedly. According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a waste disposal tank having a chip chamber and a stirring means is provided below the toilet in the first term, and only the toilet is dropped into the waste tank. Separate urine and washing water from the stool in the toilet, and use a solid-liquid separation toilet that flows to a separate circuit, introduce the separated urine and washing water into the soil treatment tank filled with soil, and allow the urine to penetrate downward from above. And cleaning water is collected and collected in a water storage section provided at the bottom of the soil tank, and the water is pumped up and used as cleaning water. In the present invention, the soil treatment tank is made of a soft synthetic resin other than a hard synthetic resin material such as FRP, and is buried in the soil, filled with soil in the tank, and provided with a water distribution and water collecting mechanism. It is also characterized by using a processing tank. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a human waste processing apparatus according to the present invention.
The waste disposal tank 100 at the center of the figure is installed immediately below the toilet bowl 1 and communicates with the toilet bowl 1 through a toilet pipe 101. A shielding plate 4 is provided at the defecation opening of the toilet 1 so as to be openable and closable. The shielding plate 4 is opened and opened only when used, and closed when not in use to seal the defecation opening, and the treatment tank 10 is opened.
The odor in 0 is blocked so that it does not rise and the bottom cannot be seen. [0006] Inside the waste treatment tank 100, a wood chip 104 is stored as a bacterial carrier, and
Reference numeral 4 denotes a stirrer 10 that rotates around the axis of rotation of the vertical axis in the same tank.
5 to be stirred. The stirring body 105 rotates intermittently or continuously by receiving the driving force of the deceleration motor 106. An outlet 108 is provided on the side of the main body so that the composted wood chips are sometimes taken out. A planar heating element that generates heat when energized is attached to the bottom or side surface of the waste disposal tank 100 to assist fermentation in winter. Processing tank 10
Numeral 0 is covered with a sufficient heat insulating material so as not to release the internal heat. A solid-liquid separating toilet bowl used in the human waste processing apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. A slit or an arbitrary gap 10 is formed on the inclined surface from the bottom of the gold mask in the center of the bowl surface of the Japanese toilet bowl to the toilet outlet, and a stainless steel or plastic net is attached to the back surface to allow moisture to pass. . A collecting channel 11 is provided on the back side of 10 so that only urine and washing water are decomposed and collected. The Japanese-style toilet has a train toilet type structure with a step on the floor. In the case of a male stool or a female stool, the toilet is raised on the upper floor 13 and crouched on the toilet 1 for use. There are treads 2 on both sides of the toilet on the upper floor, and when the weight of the human body is applied, the operating rod 9 interlocking with the weight moves to open the shielding body 4 for shielding the feces dropout. In the case of urinals, since men's stools and women's stools always get on the treads, the shield 4 opens, and the stools fall into the waste disposal tank immediately below. For both men and women, urine is collected in the drainage channel 11 from the slit 10 on the bowl surface,
4 and is collected in a soil treatment tank 31. The flush water used for flushing the toilet also follows the same path. When the human body separates from the tread after the stool, the shield 4 is closed by the action of the spring 3 and the weight of the weight 7 attached to the other end of the toilet dish. When a man urinates, he urinates on the lower floor 16 of the step,
The shield 4 remains closed. The shield 4 has a plate-like shape and is in close contact with the feces dropout when closed, and is in close contact with the stool and the packing 12 so as to shield odor and moisture. The water passage 6 is provided on the side surface immediately above the defecation port 15, and urine and washing water when the shield is closed flow into the water passage 6. The water passage 6 is connected to the slit water collecting passage 11 on the way, collects the water content, and is connected to the soil treatment tank 31 via the discharge pipe 14. Next, a soil treatment tank for purifying urine and washing water will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 shows a type in which a soil treatment tank 31 is buried in soil, and FIG. 2 shows a soil treatment tank 31 on the ground and placed adjacent to a toilet house. Numeral 31 is made of a water-impermeable synthetic resin, and those installed on the ground as shown in FIG. 2 must be hard synthetic resins, while those buried underground as shown in FIG. May be used. The soil treatment tank 31 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape having a width of about 50 to 60 cm and a height of about 70 to 80 cm, and is a box having a length of about 1 meter. A hard plastic porous tube having a diameter of about 10 cm is arranged on the bottom of the tank 31, and
4 is formed. At this time, the water storage section may be formed by using gravel or plastic spheres instead of the porous tube. A synthetic resin pipe 35 is erected at one corner of the water storage section, and a submersible pump 17 is provided therein.
Is provided, and a water absorbing means is provided so that the lower end of the pipe connected to the suction pump is opened to the water storage part. In the case of a foot pump, the water in the reservoir is directly pumped up using a diaphragm pump equipped with a water stop valve so that the water in the pipeline is retained. Pumping by an electric pump will be described. When a person gets on the tread 2 on the side of the toilet, the micro switch 2
The spring 3 is operated by the action of the spring 3 so that the power is turned off when the power is turned on and the power is turned on when a person descends. Reference numeral 22 denotes a switch for operating the pump 17, and since the water does not come out even if the switch is pressed during the stool, the switch is turned on after the stool is separated from the footboard. While pressing the switch, the water is flushing the toilet but the shield 4 is closed and the water flows to the water channel. [0010] A permeable net is laid on the water storage section to prevent the soil from falling, and the upper space 33 is filled with the soil. The filled soil is preferably a mixture of 30 to 40% of activated carbon with good quality masa earth 100. The soil depth needs to be more than 50 cm. A water supply trench 32 is provided horizontally about 10 cm below the soil surface of the tank 31.
The water supply trench is a vertically long plastic dish-like body in which a synthetic resin porous tube is horizontally fixed to the inner surface. One end is opened and connected to the discharge conduit 14 or 102, and the other end is sealed.
The water supply trench 32 is buried in the center of the soil treatment tank in parallel in the length direction, and it is preferable that the top of the trench is covered with 5 to 6 cm of soil, and the trench needs to be parallel to the ground surface. is there. The soil treatment tank 31 is arbitrarily connected to two tanks each having a length of about 1 meter in the above-ground type, but may be a single tank having a length of about 2 meters in the soil-buried type. For the ground-mounted type, a roof is provided on the upper surface of the tank, and the side is opened or an electric fan is provided to allow ventilation to promote evaporation from the soil surface. Next, the processing operation state of human waste will be described. When you excrete the stool, only the stool falls into the waste disposal tank,
Each of the stirring bodies 105 is mixed with a wood chip carrying bacteria to be decomposed. At the same time, the excreted urine is sent to the soil treatment unit via the discharge line 102 or 14. When the foot pump or the electric pump is operated to wash the toilet, the washing water is supplied from the water storage section of the soil treatment section 31 to wash the toilet. The amount of washing water per time is 300-5
00 ml. When the water that has washed the toilet bowl passes through the water supply trench 32 in the soil treatment tank and enters the soil, the urine and the wash water that have flowed in penetrate into the soil that comes into contact with the dished porous tube portion of the trench, and upwardly, It gradually moves downward along the capillary water area of the soil. At this time, it is purified by the action of microorganisms in the soil. In particular, when the mixture of urine and water is introduced into the soil by the present apparatus, urea, which is the main component in the liquid for slowly moving in the soil maintained in the aerobic state, is a rod-shaped bacterium that lives in the aerobic soil. It becomes ammoniacal nitrogen by the action of the urease enzyme that is released, and changes into nitric acid as it permeates below the soil layer. Therefore, it is converted to a slightly dilute nitric acid aqueous solution that does not have any obstacle to use as a circulating wash water. Escherichia coli, which is slightly contained by toilet flushing, is completely killed when passing through the soil.
The color of urine is decolorized by the action of activated carbon in the soil and mixed. It is said that the amount of urine is about 200 milligrams once per adult. Therefore, 10 liters of water is increased to the circulating water volume only by urine of 50 persons a day. Even if the soil treatment tank is covered with a roof and ventilated by an electric fan, the amount of evaporation from the ground surface is about 10 liters per square meter day and night.
Pump out the water in the reservoir by simple pumping means. As described above, since the water contains only a small amount of nitric acid nitrogen, it has a fertilizer effect even if it is sprayed on nearby vegetation, and there is no problem even if it is sprayed or discharged. In the case where the soil treatment tank is buried in the soil as shown in FIG. 1, if the soil on the upper surface of the buried tank is raised in the form of a mountain range and the rainwater is slightly permeated and used, the evaporation amount can be reduced. Is slightly reduced, but dilution with rainwater is added, so that better water can be obtained. A: The waste disposal tank for treating stool to separate urine does not become over-humidified, and the wood chips, which are bacteria carriers, have a very long life. It can withstand continuous stool processing. B There is no ammonia smell because urine does not enter the waste disposal tank, and there is no need for exhaust. C Because the urine is circulated and used as washing water, simple flush toilets can be used even in places without water, such as mountainous areas, and the toilet bowl is always clean. D By using a movable soil treatment tank, a temporary toilet that does not need to be pumped can be installed in cities and workplaces. Even if the number of employees exceeds the limit, surplus water is colorless and odorless, and there is no E. coli. E. By using a soft synthetic resin membrane for the soil treatment tank, transportation becomes convenient, and washing water is purified in an invisible place to improve the landscape.
