【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は遮音のための構造材
料に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】今日、機械構造および車両構造におい
て、機関および駆動ユニットによって生ぜしめられる音
響レベルを減じ、騒音として感じられる音響のできる限
り大きな部分を適宜な防音手段によって排除し、ひいて
は法律により定められた限界値をできるだけ明白に下回
るようにするための手段を講じることが強化されてい
る。
【0003】音響をカプセル状に包囲する音響カプセル
化(Schallabkapselung)という公知の手段の場合、一般
的には、音響を吸収して熱エネルギーに変換する発泡材
または合成フリースが使用される。このような種類の材
料の適性は、材料特性ならびに吸音容量および吸音材料
の厚さに著しく左右される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、遮音
のための構造材料を改善して、その構造の観点から、好
適かつ簡単に、種々異なる要件に適合することができる
ような構造材料を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この課題を解決するため
に本発明の構成では、吸音のための構造材料が、一体的
に互いに結合された少なくとも2つの天然繊維層を有し
ており、少なくとも2つの異なる層が、比較的太い(gro
b)繊維を備えた層および/または比較的太い繊維と比較
的細い(fein)繊維とから成る混合物を備えた層および/
または比較的細い繊維を備えた層とから互いに組み合わ
されているようにした。

【発明の効果】本発明の構成により、遮音のために、好
適かつ簡単に、種々異なる要件に適合することができる
ような構造材料が得られる。
【0007】少なくとも2つの層が異なる強さで圧縮さ
れており、かつ/または、異なる厚さを有しているよう
に構成されていてよい。少なくとも1つの層が繊維マッ
トから形成されていると有利である。
【0008】有利には、天然繊維が一年生植物、特に亜
麻、大麻、サイザル麻、ジュートまたはこのような植物
から成る混合物から成っており、かつ/または、前記一
年生植物から成る繊維のリサイクル製品から成ってお
り、このようなリサイクル製品は、特に、搬送用織布の
ような前製品から得られる。
【0009】天然繊維が、熱可塑性プラスチックまたは
熱硬化性プラスチックおよび/または発泡可能な材料に
結合されていると有利である。隣接する層同士は、縫合
および/または接着および/または溶着によって互いに
結合されていてよい。
【0010】少なくとも1つの層が、支持挿入体として
付加された合成繊維を3〜50%の比率で有していると
有利である。熱可塑性プラスチック繊維が、ポリプロピ
レン、ポリエステルまたはポリアミドから成っていてよ
い。合成繊維が熱作用下で溶融可能であり、天然繊維の
接着を可能にすることができる。

たは接着性を有する被覆体、例えば溶融可能なまたは接
着可能なフリースが被されていてよい。

【発明の実施の形態】遮音のために本発明による構造材
料を使用することは、特に、再生する原料から成る繊維
マットが好適な音響特性を有しているという認識に基づ
いている。防音のためのこのようなマット機構は、異な
る壁厚において異なる密度で互いに結合する(例えば縫
合または接着によって)か、または、サンドイッチ構造
状に製造することもできる。外側の層は、その背後に位
置する第2の層よりも強くは圧縮されていない。これら
の層は、接着、溶着などによって結合されていてよく、
なおも十分に、吸音を可能とする開口領域を有してい
る。繊維密度の他に繊維細度を変化させることもできる
ので、例えば、吸音にとって空気透過性と等価な値に対
して相応に影響を与えることができる。
【0013】天然繊維構造を支持するために、合成繊維
を支持挿入体として有利には3〜50%の比率で天然繊
維に混合することができる。このような支持繊維はエネ
ルギ供給によって溶融させることができるので、一種の
接着結合が形成される。合成繊維は、繊維の相互の接着
を可能にする材料から成っていてよい。
【0014】このようなマットを成形体に取り付けたい
場合には、マットの結合側に溶融可能または接着可能な
フリースを設けるか、または、この場所に溶融接着剤つ
まりホットメルト接着剤から成る層を被覆することがで
きるので、所定の輪郭部分との全面にわたる結合を形成
することができる。
【0015】本発明によれば、例えば以下の材料層の相
互間の任意の組み合わせが可能である。つまり、太い繊
維の少なくとも1つの層、太い繊維と細い繊維とを混合
した少なくとも1つの層、細い繊維の少なくとも1つの
層である。この場合、このような層は強くまたは弱く圧
縮することができ、種々異なる厚さを有することができ
る。

  1. 【請求項1】 遮音のための構造材料において、 該構造材料が、一体的に互いに結合された少なくとも2
    つの天然繊維層を有しており、少なくとも2つの異なる
    層が、比較的太い繊維を備えた層および/または比較的
    太い繊維と比較的細い繊維とから成る混合物を備えた層
    および/または比較的細い繊維を備えた層とから互いに
    組み合わされていることを特徴とする、遮音のための構
    造材料。
  2. 【請求項2】 少なくとも2つの層が異なる強さで圧縮
    されている、請求項1記載の構造材料。
  3. 【請求項3】 少なくとも2つの層が異なる厚さを有し
    ている、請求項1または2記載の構造材料。
  4. 【請求項4】 少なくとも1つの層が繊維マットから形
    成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載
    の構造材料。
  5. 【請求項5】 天然繊維が一年生植物から、かつ/また
    は、該一年生植物から成る繊維のリサイクル製品から成
    っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の構
    造材料。
  6. 【請求項6】 天然繊維が、熱可塑性プラスチックまた
    は熱硬化性プラスチックおよび/または発泡可能な材料
    に結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項
    記載の構造材料。
  7. 【請求項7】 隣接する層同士が、縫合および/または
    接着および/または溶着によって互いに結合されてい
    る、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の構造材
    料。
  8. 【請求項8】 少なくとも1つの層が、支持挿入体とし
    て付加された合成繊維を3〜50%の比率で有してい
    る、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の構造材
    料。
  9. 【請求項9】 熱可塑性プラスチック繊維が、ポリプロ
    ピレン、ポリエステルまたはポリアミドから成ってい
    る、請求項8記載の構造材料。
  10. 【請求項10】 合成繊維が熱作用下で溶融可能であ
    り、天然繊維の接着を可能にする、請求項8または9記
    載の構造材料。
  11. 【請求項11】 外側に、溶融可能なまたは接着性を有
    する被覆体が被されている、請求項1から10までのい
    ずれか1項記載の構造材料。
  12. 【請求項12】 溶融可能または接着可能なフリースが
    設けられている、請求項11記載の構造材料。
