【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は遮音のための構造材
料に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】今日、機械構造および車両構造におい
て、機関および駆動ユニットによって生ぜしめられる音
響レベルを減じ、騒音として感じられる音響のできる限
り大きな部分を適宜な防音手段によって排除し、ひいて
は法律により定められた限界値をできるだけ明白に下回
るようにするための手段を講じることが強化されてい
る。
【０００３】音響をカプセル状に包囲する音響カプセル
化(Schallabkapselung)という公知の手段の場合、一般
的には、音響を吸収して熱エネルギーに変換する発泡材
または合成フリースが使用される。このような種類の材
料の適性は、材料特性ならびに吸音容量および吸音材料
の厚さに著しく左右される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、遮音
のための構造材料を改善して、その構造の観点から、好
適かつ簡単に、種々異なる要件に適合することができる
ような構造材料を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この課題を解決するため
に本発明の構成では、吸音のための構造材料が、一体的
に互いに結合された少なくとも２つの天然繊維層を有し
ており、少なくとも２つの異なる層が、比較的太い(gro
b)繊維を備えた層および／または比較的太い繊維と比較
的細い(fein)繊維とから成る混合物を備えた層および／
または比較的細い繊維を備えた層とから互いに組み合わ
されているようにした。

【発明の効果】本発明の構成により、遮音のために、好
適かつ簡単に、種々異なる要件に適合することができる
ような構造材料が得られる。
【０００７】少なくとも２つの層が異なる強さで圧縮さ
れており、かつ／または、異なる厚さを有しているよう
に構成されていてよい。少なくとも１つの層が繊維マッ
トから形成されていると有利である。
【０００８】有利には、天然繊維が一年生植物、特に亜
麻、大麻、サイザル麻、ジュートまたはこのような植物
から成る混合物から成っており、かつ／または、前記一
年生植物から成る繊維のリサイクル製品から成ってお
り、このようなリサイクル製品は、特に、搬送用織布の
ような前製品から得られる。
【０００９】天然繊維が、熱可塑性プラスチックまたは
熱硬化性プラスチックおよび／または発泡可能な材料に
結合されていると有利である。隣接する層同士は、縫合
および／または接着および／または溶着によって互いに
結合されていてよい。
【００１０】少なくとも１つの層が、支持挿入体として
付加された合成繊維を３〜５０％の比率で有していると
有利である。熱可塑性プラスチック繊維が、ポリプロピ
レン、ポリエステルまたはポリアミドから成っていてよ
い。合成繊維が熱作用下で溶融可能であり、天然繊維の
接着を可能にすることができる。
【００１１】本発明の構成では、外側に、溶融可能なま
たは接着性を有する被覆体、例えば溶融可能なまたは接
着可能なフリースが被されていてよい。

【発明の実施の形態】遮音のために本発明による構造材
料を使用することは、特に、再生する原料から成る繊維
マットが好適な音響特性を有しているという認識に基づ
いている。防音のためのこのようなマット機構は、異な
る壁厚において異なる密度で互いに結合する（例えば縫
合または接着によって）か、または、サンドイッチ構造
状に製造することもできる。外側の層は、その背後に位
置する第２の層よりも強くは圧縮されていない。これら
の層は、接着、溶着などによって結合されていてよく、
なおも十分に、吸音を可能とする開口領域を有してい
る。繊維密度の他に繊維細度を変化させることもできる
ので、例えば、吸音にとって空気透過性と等価な値に対
して相応に影響を与えることができる。
【００１３】天然繊維構造を支持するために、合成繊維
を支持挿入体として有利には３〜５０％の比率で天然繊
維に混合することができる。このような支持繊維はエネ
ルギ供給によって溶融させることができるので、一種の
接着結合が形成される。合成繊維は、繊維の相互の接着
を可能にする材料から成っていてよい。
【００１４】このようなマットを成形体に取り付けたい
場合には、マットの結合側に溶融可能または接着可能な
フリースを設けるか、または、この場所に溶融接着剤つ
まりホットメルト接着剤から成る層を被覆することがで
きるので、所定の輪郭部分との全面にわたる結合を形成
することができる。
【００１５】本発明によれば、例えば以下の材料層の相
互間の任意の組み合わせが可能である。つまり、太い繊
維の少なくとも１つの層、太い繊維と細い繊維とを混合
した少なくとも１つの層、細い繊維の少なくとも１つの
層である。この場合、このような層は強くまたは弱く圧
縮することができ、種々異なる厚さを有することができ
る。

  1. 【請求項１】 遮音のための構造材料において、 該構造材料が、一体的に互いに結合された少なくとも２
    つの天然繊維層を有しており、少なくとも２つの異なる
    層が、比較的太い繊維を備えた層および／または比較的
    太い繊維と比較的細い繊維とから成る混合物を備えた層
    および／または比較的細い繊維を備えた層とから互いに
    組み合わされていることを特徴とする、遮音のための構
    造材料。
  2. 【請求項２】 少なくとも２つの層が異なる強さで圧縮
    されている、請求項１記載の構造材料。
  3. 【請求項３】 少なくとも２つの層が異なる厚さを有し
    ている、請求項１または２記載の構造材料。
  4. 【請求項４】 少なくとも１つの層が繊維マットから形
    成されている、請求項１から３までのいずれか１項記載
    の構造材料。
  5. 【請求項５】 天然繊維が一年生植物から、かつ／また
    は、該一年生植物から成る繊維のリサイクル製品から成
    っている、請求項１から４までのいずれか１項記載の構
    造材料。
  6. 【請求項６】 天然繊維が、熱可塑性プラスチックまた
    は熱硬化性プラスチックおよび／または発泡可能な材料
    に結合されている、請求項１から５までのいずれか１項
    記載の構造材料。
  7. 【請求項７】 隣接する層同士が、縫合および／または
    接着および／または溶着によって互いに結合されてい
    る、請求項１から６までのいずれか１項記載の構造材
    料。
  8. 【請求項８】 少なくとも１つの層が、支持挿入体とし
    て付加された合成繊維を３〜５０％の比率で有してい
    る、請求項１から７までのいずれか１項記載の構造材
    料。
  9. 【請求項９】 熱可塑性プラスチック繊維が、ポリプロ
    ピレン、ポリエステルまたはポリアミドから成ってい
    る、請求項８記載の構造材料。
  10. 【請求項１０】 合成繊維が熱作用下で溶融可能であ
    り、天然繊維の接着を可能にする、請求項８または９記
    載の構造材料。
  11. 【請求項１１】 外側に、溶融可能なまたは接着性を有
    する被覆体が被されている、請求項１から１０までのい
    ずれか１項記載の構造材料。
  12. 【請求項１２】 溶融可能または接着可能なフリースが
    設けられている、請求項１１記載の構造材料。
