Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.油圧作動デバイスに圧力流体を供給するためのポンプユニットを有する装 置であって、前記ポンプユニットは、油圧ポンプと、前記ポンプを作動させるモ ータと、前記モータから前記ポンプに或る速度でトルクを伝達するためのシャフ トとを具えた装置であって、前記ポンプユニットが前記シャフトの角速度を表わ す速度信号を発生させる速度変換器を具えていることを特徴とする、装置。 2.さらに、その後の処理又は表示のために、前記速度信号を流量信号に変換 するコントローラを含む、請求項1の装置。 3.前記コントローラが前記速度信号を圧力の関数としての流量として表わす 信号に変換するようになっている、請求項1の装置。 4.前記コントローラが前記デバイスに与えられる流量を表わす流量信号を発 生させるために前記速度信号を処理するようになっている、請求項1の改良。 5.前記コントローラが前記流量信号が或る値へ到達したときに応答して前記 デバイスをコントロールするためのコントロール信号を発生させるようになって いる、請求項4の改良。 6.前記デバイスが油圧シリンダを含み、前記流量信号が前記シリンダの位置 を表わす、請求項5の装置。 7.前記デバイスが油圧トルクレンチであり、前記速度信号が前記締め具の角 度位置を表わす角度パラメータの形に処理される、請求項1の装置。 8.前記レンチがレシプロピストンとシリンダ式デバイスで、ラチェット駆動 機構によるものである、請求項7の装置。 9.前記デバイスが単動式である、請求項8の装置。 10.前記デバイスが複動式である、請求項8の装置。 11.前記レンチに供給された油圧流体の圧力の測定からトルクパラメータを 決定するための手段であって、該トルクパラメータが前記レンチによって前記締 め具に与えられたトルクを表わすものである手段と、 前記トルクパラメータと角度パラメータに基づいて締付けを終了させるための 手段とを含む、請求項7の装置。 12.前記締め具の締付けを終了させるための手段が、前記締め具の前記回転 角度が前記トルクパラメータと角度パラメータによって決定された点を越えて或 る量のパラメータだけ進んだとき前記締付けを終了させるようになっている、請 求項11の装置。 13.前記点が前記トルクパラメータと角度パラメータのデータとゼロトルク のほぼリニアな部分のゼロトルク・インターセプトである、請求項12の装置。 14.前記締め具の締付けを停止させるための手段が、圧力とそれに関連した 角度のデータポイントを発生させる手段を含み、該データポイントは図表として 斜面と進み角によって分けられた一連のスパイクによって部分的に画定される関 数で画定され、各スパイクは前記レンチが進みの限界に到達するすぐ前に起きる 第1の圧力で始まって、最大値と最小値を有し、前記斜面は前のスパイクの最小 値から始まって、前記第1の圧力とほぼ等しい第2の圧力につながり、且つ、対 応する各進み角は、前記第2の圧力から始まって続くスパイクの第1の圧力につ ながり、前記進み角は、前記締め具の回転に起因する一連のデータポイントであ る、請求項11の装置。 15.前記スパイクと前記斜面のデータポイントが切捨てられる、請求項14 の装置。 16.前記進み角のデータポイントがトルクと角度を表わす特徴のある関数を 作り出すように平滑化される、請求項14の装置。 17.さらに、与えられたレンチの進み角の容積率を決定するための手段を具 えた校正装置を含む、請求項11の装置。 18.請求項11の装置を使用してねじ式締め具を締付ける方法であって、 前記締め具をトルクレンチに係合させ、 前記締め具を回転させるため、前記レンチに前記ポンプユニットから加圧流体 を供給し、 前記レンチに加えられた圧力を測定し、 前記圧力測定から前記締め具に与えられたトルクを表わすトルクパラメータを 前記手段によって決定し、 前記速度信号から前記トルクを表わす前記各パラメータに対応して前記締め具 の進み角を決定し、そして、 前記トルク及びそれに対応する角度の前記パラメータに応答して前記締め具の 締付けを終了させる、 方法。
