Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 信号を電話網に結合しその電話網からの信号を結合する電話回線接続手段と 、 上記接続手段を介して上記電話網と通信するためのモデム手段と、 制御信号を供給する制御手段と、 電話回線電流をこの電流に比例した電圧に変換する変換手段と、 上記電圧をサンプリングし、ディジタル・サンプルを上記制御手段に供給する A/D変換器手段と、 を具えた、電話回線モニタ回路であって、 上記制御手段は、上記A/D変換器手段からの上記サンプルをモニタして、連 続的各読取り間の偏差に基づいて上記電話回線に結合された付属の電話機がオフ フックされたかどうかを判断するものである、 電話回線モニタ回路。 2 上記変換手段がオプトアイソレータ手段である、請求項1に記載の回路。 3 上記オプトアイソレータ手段の両端間に接続されていて上記オプトアイソレ ータ手段の両端間に生じる電圧を制限する手段を具えた、請求項2に記載の回路 。 4 上記電圧制限手段が直列接続の複数のダイオードを具えるものである、請求 項3に記載の回路。 5 上記ダイオード手段と上記オプトアイソレータ手段の両端間に接続されてい て低電流動作期間中上記ダイオード手段の両端間に生じる電圧を制限する抵抗器 手段を具えた、請求項4に記載の回路。 6 上記制御手段の制御下にあって上記電話網への接続を設定するスイッチ・フ ック手段を具えた、請求項5に記載の回路。 7 上記電圧制限手段がトランジスタ手段と抵抗器手段からなる構成を具えるも のであり、上記抵抗器手段と上記トランジスタ手段の主電導路とが互いに直列に 結合されて上記オプトアイソレータ手段と並列に接続されるものである、請求項 3に記載の回路。 8 上記制御手段の制御下にあって上記電話網への接続を設定するスイッチ・フ ック手段を具えた、請求項7に記載の回路。
