Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ICカードの電源端子に電源を供給する電源供
    給用のコンタクトピンに対する電源印加をオン、
    オフする電源スイツチと、ICカード受入れ時に
    おいて前記コンタクトピンと接地電位との間の短
    絡の有無を検出する検出手段と、前記検出手段の
    出力に基づき短絡無しを条件に前記電源スイツチ
    をオン状態にする制御手段とを備えたICカード
    の読出書込装置において、 前記検出手段は、 前記制御手段によりオン、オフ制御されるスイ
    ツチ素子を介してICカード受入れ後に前記IC
    カードの電源端子にチヤツク用電圧を印加する電
    圧印加回路と、 前記チエツク用電圧により流れる電流によつて
    生じる電圧降下を基準値と比較してその比較結果
    を前記制御手段に与える比較回路とで、 構成したことを特徴とするICカードの読出書
    込装置。
