Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)フィブリル状セルロース粉末を準備する段階; (b)溶媒としての溶融液状3級アミンオキシドをツインスクリュー押し出し機 内へ注入する段階; (c)前記の段階(a)にて得られたセルロース粉末をツインスクリュー押し出 し機のある区間へ供給し、該区間にて、前記の段階(b)において供給された溶 媒としての溶融液状3級アミンオキシドが段階(c)にて供給されたセルロース 粉末と一緒になって良くなじませられたペーストを生成する段階; (d)前記の良くなじませられたセルロースペーストをツインスクリュー押し出 し機内の次の融解区間で溶解させる段階;及び (e)前記の段階(d)にて得られた溶液を貯蔵タンク内で安定化させる段階; からなる均質セルロース溶液の製造方法。 2.フィブリル状セルロース粉末粒子のサイズが、見かけの径で1,000μm 未満である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.液状溶媒としての3級アミンオキシドが、水分含量が5〜20%であり、5 0〜130℃に保持されるN−メチルモルホリン−N−オキシドである請求の範 囲第1項記載の方法。 4.セルロース溶液の濃度が、5〜20%である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5.フィブリル状セルロース粉末がリングシーブ付き粉砕機から提供される請求 の範囲第1項記載の方法。
