Claims (5)
- 셀룰로오스 분말에 대해 폴리비닐알콜 분말의 함량이 0.1 내지 20중량%가 되도록 한 혼합분말을 농축한 액상 NMMO에 대해 5 내지 20중량% 만큼 액상 NMMO와 함께 75 ∼ 80℃로 유지되는 니더에서 팽윤시켜 페이스트로 만든 다음에 85 ∼ 105℃로 유지되는 압출기에 주입하여 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액상 NMMO와 셀룰로오스분말/폴리비닐알콜의 혼합물을 함께 75 ∼ 105℃의 니더 또는 85 ∼ 105℃의 압출기에 주입하여 용해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 농축한 액상 NMMO는 수분함량이 10 ∼ 20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 분말의 입경을 500㎛ 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고균질 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알콜의 중합도가 1,000 내지 5,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
