Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1の開放端と、第2の開放端と、壁厚により分離された内部面及び外部 面を有した壁であって、前記第1及び第2の開放端の間に配置され、該壁の前記 内部面が管腔を画成する前記壁とを有する管状の移植片部材と、 該管状の移植片部材に連結され、且つ、複数の長手方向に変形自在の歪逃げ部 分を有する少なくとも1つの構造支持部材とを備え、前記歪逃げ部分は、該複数 の歪逃げ部分の少なくとも幾つかの長手方向への変形と、前記管状の移植片の直 径方向への変形とを同時に許容する複数の長手方向に変形自在の歪逃げ部分を有 していることを特徴とする管内補てつ物。 2. 前記管状の移植片部材が更に膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレンを備 えたいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管内補てつ物。 3. 前記構造支持部材が更にワイヤ部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項 1及び2の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 4. 前記構造支持部材が、前記外部面及び前記管状の移植片部材の壁厚内の少 なくとも一方と機械的に結合することにより前記管状の移植片部材へ連結されて いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 5. 前記複数の歪逃げ部分の少なくとも幾つかが、更に、前記管状の移植片部 材が直径方向に膨張する時に、前記支持部材の中心軸線から外側方向へ棘部材を 突出させる棘形成部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに 記載の管内補てつ物。 6. 前記複数の歪逃げ部分が、更に、前記管状の移植片部材の長手方向への膨 張を許容する複数の第1の歪逃げ部分と、前記管状の移植片部材の直径方向への 膨張を許容する複数の第2の歪逃げ部分とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項 1乃至5の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 7. 前記複数の第1及び第2の歪逃げ部分が各々異なる弾性率を有した前記構 造支持部材の長手方向の領域を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何 れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 8. 前記複数の第1の歪逃げ部分が、更に、前記構造支持部材の長手方向の軸 線に略垂直に該構造支持部材内へ伸長する凹所を備え、且つ、前記複数の第2の 歪逃げ部分が、更に、前記構造支持部材の長手方向の軸線に略垂直で且つ前記第 1の歪逃げ部分の方向に略垂直な方向に伸長する凹所を備えていることを特徴と する請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 9. 前記構造支持部材が、更に、前記管状の移植片部材が直径方向に膨張する と時に、前記構造支持部材の長手方向の中心軸線から離間するように突出する棘 形成部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の管内補 てつ物。 10. 前記構造支持部材が長手方向に非膨張のポリテトラフルオロエチレンに より覆われると共に、前記複数の歪逃げ部分が露出して、前記長手方向に非膨張 のポリテトラフルオロエチレンのカバーに覆われていないことを特徴とする請求 項1乃至9の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 11. 前記構造支持部材が長手方向に膨張したポリテトラフルオロエチレンの カバーにより長手方向の軸線の全長に沿って覆われていることを特徴とする請求 項1乃至9の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 12. 前記管状の移植片部材が、更に、該管状の移植片部材の前記外部面から 外側方向へ突出した複数の長手方向に伸長したリブ構造体の少なくとも1つを備 えており、該複数の長手方向に伸長したリブ構造体の少なくとも1つが前記管状 の移植片部材の壁厚と一体となった一体構造の部分であり、且つ、前記構造支持 部材が前記複数の長手方向に伸長したリブ構造体の少なくとも1つと一緒に同時 に押し出し成形されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の管内補 てつ物。 13. 前記構造支持部材が前記管状の移植片部材の壁厚内で同時に押し出成形 されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 14. 更に、少なくとも2つの微孔質の膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレ ンから成る管状の移植片部材を備えており、前記複数の支持部材の少なくとも1 つが前記少なくとも2つの微孔質の膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレンから 成る管状の移植片部材間に介在させられ、該少なくとも2つの微孔質の膨張され たポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る管状の移植片部材が互いに密接に接触し ており、且つ前記複数の支持部材の少なくとも1つを該管状の移植片部材間に封 入していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の管内補てつ物。 15. 前記少なくとも2つの微孔質の膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレン から成る管状の移植片部材が異なる気孔率を有していることを特徴とする請求項 14に記載の管内補てつ物。 16. 前記少なくとも2つの微孔質の膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレン から成る管状の移植片部材がノード及びフィブリル微細構造を有しており、前記 2つの微孔質の膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る管状の移植片部 材のフィブリル配向が互いに略垂直に配向されていることを特徴とする請求項1 4に記載の管内補てつ物。 17. 膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレンから成る管状の移植片部材と、 該管状の移植片部材の内部面または外部面に一方の周りに巻き付けられたビー ドと、 該ビード内で少なくとも部分的に保持された少なくとも1つの構造支持部材と を備え、該少なくとも1つ構造支持部材が、長手方向に配向された負荷の影響に よって変形することにより該少なくとも1つの構造支持部材の長手方向の長さを 伸長させる複数の変形自在の歪逃げ部分を有していることを特徴とする一体構造 に支持された移植片。 18. 前記ビードが膨張されたポリテトラフルオロエチレン及び非膨張のポリ テトラフルオロエチレンの一方を備えていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載 の移植片。 19. 前記少なくとも1つの構造支持部材が延性を有したプラスチック及び延 性を有した金属材料の一方から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項17及び 18の何れかに記載の移植片。 20. 前記ビードが前記管状の移植片部材の外部面に円周方向に巻き付けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項17乃至19の何れかに記載の移植片。 21. 前記ビードが前記管状の移植片部材の内部面、外部面及び壁厚の少なく とも1つに一体に巻き付けられていることを特徴とする請求項17乃至20の何 れかに記載の移植片。 22. 前記複数の歪逃げ部分が、更に、前記構造支持部材に強度を弱めた部分 を備えていることを特徴とする請求項17乃至21の何れかに記載の移植片。 23. 更に、複数の覆われていない歪逃げ部分を備えていることを特徴とする 請求項17乃至22の何れかに記載の移植片。 24. 更に、複数の棘形成部材を前記構造支持部材上に備え、前記棘形成部材 は、前記構造支持部材が長手方向に膨張すると時に、変形自在となって該構造支 持部材の長手方向の軸線から離間する方向へ突出することを特徴とする請求項1 7乃至23の何れかに記載の移植片。 25. 前記複数の歪逃げ部分が、更に、前記構造支持部材の長手方向の軸線に 対して略垂直方向に該構造支持部材内に伸長する強度を弱めた部分を備え、且つ 、前記複数の第2の歪逃げ部分が、更に、前記構造支持部材の長手方向の軸線に 対して略垂直であると共に、前記第1の歪逃げ部分の方向に略垂直な方向に伸長 する強度を弱めた部分を備えていることを特徴とする請求項17乃至24の何れ かに記載の移植片。 26. 前記構造支持部材及び前記カバーが互いに同時に押し出し成形されるこ とを特徴とする請求項17乃至25に記載の移植片。 27. 前記構造支持部材が前記管状の移植片部材に対して螺旋状に位置決めさ れていることを特徴とする請求項17乃至26に記載の移植片。 28. 前記構造支持部材及び管状の移植片部材が互いに同時に押し出し成形さ れることを特徴とする請求項17乃至27の何れかに記載の移植片。 29. a)複数の長手方向に変形自在の歪逃げ部分を有した少なくとも1つの 構造支持部材を提供する段階と、 b)該カバーで覆われた構造支持部材を管状の移植片部材に円周方向に連結す る段階とを備えていることを特徴とする構造的に支持された移植片の製造方法。 30. 更に、前記少なくとも1つの構造支持部材をカバーと一緒に同時に押し 出し成形する段階を備えていることを特徴とする請求項29に記載の方法。 31. 更に、前記少なくとも1つの構造支持部材を少なくとも2つの同心状に 結合された管状の移植片部材間に封入する段階を備えていることを特徴とする請 求項29及び30の何れかに記載の方法。 32. 更に、同時押出し成形を行う段階の前に、隣接した前記複数の長手方向 に変形自在となる歪逃げ部分を覆ったカバー部分を除去する段階を備えているこ とを特徴とする請求項29に記載の方法。 33. a)構造支持部材であって、長手方向に配向された負荷の影響を受けて 該構造支持部材の長手方向の膨張を許容する複数の歪逃げ部分を有した構造支持 部材を提供する段階と、 b)前記複数の歪逃げ部分が、前記構造支持部材に加えられた長手方向に配向 された負荷の影響を受けて長手方向に変形可能となるように、前記構造支持部材 を管状の移植片部材へ取り付ける段階とを備えていることを特徴とする構造的に 支持された移植片の製造方法。
