يشتمل هذا الاختراع على مركبات بالصيغة I. الصيغة I حيث يشتمل الوصف على تعريف كل من X و A1و A2و A3و A4و R1و R2و R3 يتضمن هذا الاختراع أيضًا طريقة لمعالجة أو تحسين متلازمة أو اضطراب أو مرض، حيث تكون المتلازمة أو الاضطراب أو المرض المذكور هو التهاب المفاصل الروماتويدي أو الصدفية. يتعلق الاختراع أيضا بطريقة لتعديل نشاط المستقبل ROR?t لدى كائن ثدييّ وذلك بإعطائه كمية فعّالة علاجيًا من مركب واحد على الأقل بالصيغة لعنصر الحماية I.
