Abstract

Questa pinza a mano è particolarmente adatta ad operazioni di montaggio per sistemi di collegamento a manicotto scorrevole per tubi metallici e non metallici. Essa comprende sostanzialmente due parti di pinza tenute insieme da un primo collegamento articolato (1), di cui ciascuna parte è formata da un braccio anteriore per il ritegno di rispettive ganasce (17 ovvero 18) di montaggio, e da un braccio posteriore (2 ovvero 3) d'impugnatura, la cui lunghezza è pari a più volte quella del braccio anteriore. A tale riguardo, uno dei due bracci (2 ovvero 3) d'impugnatura è suddiviso in una parte interna più corta (19) ed una parte esterna più lunga (20). Questa parte esterna (20) d'impugnatura, con un pignone (24) per catena ed una catena (27) di trazione, forma un meccanismo articolato per lo sviluppo di una più elevata forza di montaggio. Per la rotazione del pignone (24) per catena, e quindi per il serraggio della pinza a mano, viene utilizzata una ruota (25) con una dentatura per nottolino. In questa dentatura (38) si impegna inoltre un nottolino (39) d'arresto, che impedisce un ritorno per deformazione elastica dei bracci (2, 3) d'impugnatura durante l'operazione di serraggio. Per lo sbloccaggio del nottolino (39) d'arresto è provvista una stecca scorrevole (46), spostabile alternativamente in sensi opposti.(Figura 1).
