Abstract

Viene descritto un processo migliorato per la smaltatura di pezzi che permetta di attuare la smaltatura, eventualmente senza pretrattamento del metallo, e che contemporaneamente permetta di eseguire la deformazione della lamiera senza svantaggi caratterizzato dal fatto che la lamiera prima della sagomatura viene rivestita con almeno una sospensione di smalto-polimero e dopo di ciò viene essiccata, successivamente la lamiera così trattata viene sagomata, eventualmente la lamiera così sagomata viene rivestita con un ulteriore smalto (in forma di fritta) e il pezzo così ottenuto viene poi cotto, a seconda del metallo impiegato, a temperature da 560 a 850°C.
