Abstract

A találmány tárgya új eljárás egyik enantiomerben feldúsult (I),illetve (II) általános képletű 1-amino-4-(hidroxi-metil)-ciklopent-2-én-származékok előállítására, amelyek képletében R1 jelentésehidrogénatom, alkil-, aril- vagy cikloalkilcsoport, míg R2 jelentéseacilcsoport. A találmány szerinti eljárásra jellemző, hogy egy (III)általános képletű racém 1-amino-(4-hidroxi-metil)-ciklopent-2-én-származékot hidroláz jelenlétében acilezőszerrel reagáltatnak. Ó
