Abstract
Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) koje se sastoji od kućišta limenke (3) koja je zatvorena na svojoj osi (2), suženog vrata limenke (4) i sjedišta ventila (5) zavijenog prema unutra (6) na otvorenom kraju tog vrata limenke (4), naznačen time da sjedište ventila (5) ima brtveni prsten (7) u dijelu zavijenom prema unutra (6) gdje se taj brtveni prsten (7) drži samo pomoću tog zavijenog dijela (6), otvorenom duž cijelog opsega prema unutrašnjosti tijela limenke (1) Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (15)
1. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) koje se sastoji od kućišta limenke (3) koja je zatvorena na svojoj osi (2), suženog vrata limenke (4) i sjedišta ventila (5) zavijenog prema unutra (6) na otvorenom kraju tog vrata limenke (4), naznačen time da sjedište ventila (5) ima brtveni prsten (7) u dijelu zavijenom prema unutra (6) gdje se taj brtveni prsten (7) drži samo pomoću tog zavijenog dijela (6), otvorenom duž cijelog opsega prema unutrašnjosti tijela limenke (1)
2. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) u skladu sa zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da je dio zavijen prema unutra (6), u presjeku ravninom koja uključuje os limenke (2) oblika slova C, otvoren prema unutrašnjosti tijela limenke (1), a presjek brtvenog prstena (7) prilagođen unutrašnjem obliku zavijenog dijela (6)
3. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1), u skladu sa zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time da se kućište limenke izrađuje ekspanzijom radijalnim prešanjem na drugom unutarnjem kalupu (24) dok se sjedište ventila (5) za vrijeme prešanja samo drži, a ne ekspandira.
4. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) u skladu sa zahtjevom 1, naznačen time da se spojna posudica (8) s ventilom (11) stisne oko sjedišta ventila (5) tako da se zavijeni dio (6) i brtveni prsten (7) parcijalno prekriju otvorenim dijelom spojne posudice (8a) i da se formira prstenasta zatvorena kontaktna ploha (7a) između tog otvorenog kraja spojne posudice (8a) i tog brtvenog prstena (7), koja uključuje barem jednu prstenasti zatvoreni dio površine (7b) u području koje počinje od dijela otvora najmanjeg promjera brtvenog prstena (7) prema unutrašnjosti limenke.
5. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) u skladu s zahtjevima 1 do 4, naznačen time da se kućište limenke (3) i spojna posudica (8) čine sloj metala, po mogućnosti željeznog lima, dok je unutarnji sloj od plastičnog materijala na unutarnjoj strani kućišta limenke i spojne posudice (8) i taj sloj plastičnog materijala na kućištu limenke (3) i na toj spojnoj posudici (8) se protežu do brtvenog prstena (7) tako da postoji neprekinut unutarnji sloj čak i dijelu gdje se spajaju kućište limenke (3) i spojna posudica (8), dok brtveni prsten (7) može imati otopljen ili zavaren spoj s barem jednim slojem plastičnog materijala.
6. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) u skladu sa zahtjevom 5, naznačen time da je taj sloj metala od kojeg je kućište limenke (3) zatvoren po obodu longitudinalnim laserskim šavom dok je sloj plastičnog materijala formiran unutarnjom folijom (3b) od plastičnog materijala s unutrašnje strane kućišta limenke (3).
7. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) u skladu sa zahtjevima 1 do 6, s obilježjem da je dno limenke (13) zavareno na donji kraj kućišta limenke (3), nasuprot sjedištu ventila (5), pomoću laserskog spoja, posebno pomoću spoja na obodu (14) ili pomoću velikog broja uskih odvojenih spojnih točaka (38) dok je plastični materijal (15) postavljen u unutrašnjosti limenke duž čitave duljine spojen laserskim spojem koje je hermetički spojeno s dnom limenke (13) i kućištem limenke (3), a donji kraj kućišta (3) čvrsto prijana kontaktnoj plohi (13a) dna limenke (13), budući da je u vertikalnom presjeku zaobljena i gdje je obodna prednja ploha (13b) tog dna limenke (13) smještena unutar limenke ili s unutarnje strane kućišta limenke (3), dok je donja prednja ploha (3b) tog kućišta limenke (3) izvan dna limenke (13).
8. Tijelo limenke aerosola (1) u skladu sa zahtjevima 1 do 6, naznačen time da je sjedište ventila (5) formirano na gornjem dijelu koji zatvara limenku (33), gdje je taj gornji dio (33) pričvršćen na kućište (3) laserskim spojem, opcionalno kružnim šavom (14), ali bolje velikim brojem uskih odvojenih spojnih točaka (38) koje bi se izradile pomoću laserske zrake, dok bi se plastični materijal s unutrašnje strane (7a) spojio laserskim spojem, koji bi omogućio hermetički spoj s unutarnjim preklopom (3b) kućišta limenke i sa brtvenim prstenom (7)
9. Proces za proizvodnju tijela limenke aerosola koje se sastoji od kućišta limenke (3) koja je zatvorena na svojoj osi (2) i sjedišta ventila (5), proces koji priprema suženi vrat limenke (4) na prednjoj strani tijela limenke (1), a uključuje korak zavijanja za formiranje zavoja prema unutra (6) na otvorenom kraju tog vrata limenke (4), s naznačen time da je brtveni prsten (7) umetnut u zavijeni dio (6) sjedišta ventila (5) gdje se taj brtveni prsten (7) drži samo pomoću tog zavijenog dijela (6), otvorenom duž cijelog opsega prema unutrašnjosti tijela limenke (1).
10. Proces u skladu sa zahtjevom 9, naznačen time da je cilindrično područje sa suženim unutarnjim sjedištem (6a) brtvenog prstena (7), pripremljeno na suženom dijelu tijekom formiranja vrata (4) i da je brtveni prsten (7) umetnut kroz cilindrično područje do sjedišta (6a), a da se slobodni dio vrata limenke (4) radijalno prema unutra deformiran oko brtvenog prstena (7)
11. Proces u skladu sa zahtjevom 9 ili 10, naznačen time da se tijekom proizvodnje kućišta (3), metalni lim zatvori longitudinalnim laserskim šavom kako bi se formiralo cilindrično kućište limenke (3) i, zajedno s cilindričnom unutarnjom folijom u obliku tog kućišta (28) i/ili vanjskom folijom (30) se postavi na metalu vodilicu preše (27) i vodilica (27), zajedno s metalnim kućištem limenke (3) i barem jednom folijom (28,30), se radijalno širi prema vanjskoj strani unutrašnjosti cilindričnog prvog unutarnjeg kalupa (26), tako da su opsezi svih slojeva kućišta (3) donekle povećani i tako da barem jedna folija (28,30) tvori hermetički sloj prema metalnom sloju, kako bi se postigla trajna veza između barem jedne folije (28,30) i metalnog kućišta (3), te od koraka u kojem se dodaje toplina i tlak te se formira hermetički spoj barem jedne folije (28, 30) i metalnog sloja kućišta limenke (3).
12. Proces u skladu s zahtjevom 11, koji je naznačen time da vrat (4) sa sjedištem ventila je ili formiran na slobodnom kraju kućišta limenke (3), tako da se kućište limenke (3) tijekom izrade (2) okreće oko svoje osi (2), dok se alatom za sužavanje (21) pritiska vanjska stjenka izvana i pomiče se u smjeru osi limenke (2) ili da se sjedište ventila (5) formira na gornjem zatvarajućem dijelu (33) gdje je taj gornji zatvarajući dio (33) pričvršćen za kućište limenke (3) laserskim spojem, opcionalno kružnim šavom (14), ali bolje velikim brojem uskih odvojenih spojnih točaka (38) koje bi se izradile pomoću laserske zrake, dok bi se plastični materijal s unutrašnje strane (7a) spojio laserskim spojem, koji bi omogućio hermetički spoj s unutarnjim preklopom (3b) kućišta limenke i sa brtvenim prstenom (7).
13. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od zahtjeva 9 do 12, koji je naznačen time da se kućište limenke izrađuje ekspanzijom radijalnim prešanjem na drugom unutarnjem kalupu (24) dok se sjedište ventila (5) za vrijeme prešanja samo drži a ne ekspandira.
14. Proces u skladu s bilo kojim od zahtjeva 9-13, koji je naznačen time da se dno limenke (13) smjesti u unutrašnjost kućišta limenke (3) i da čvrsto prijanja po vertikalnom presjeku zaobljenoj kontaktnoj plohi (13a) dna limenke (13) i gdje je dno limenke (13) spojeno laserskim spojem, opcionalno kružnim šavom (14), ali bolje velikim brojem uskih odvojenih spojnih točaka (38) koje bi se izradile pomoću laserske zrake, dok bi se plastični materijal (15) spojio laserskim spojem, koji bi omogućio hermetički spoj s dnom (13) i kućištem limenke (3).
15. Uređaj za proizvodnju tijela limenke aerosola, koja se sastoji od kućišta (3) koje je zatvoreno na osi limenke (2) i sjedišta ventila (5), a uređaj priprema suženi vrat limenke (4), naznačen time da se na gotovo tijelo limenke aerosola ubaci brtveni prsten (7) u dijelu zavijenom prema unutra (6) koji je otvoren prema unutrašnjosti tijela limenke (1) duž cijelog opsega i da taj uređaj ima sljedeće karakteristike uređaj za sjedište ventila sa mogućnosti formiranja cilindrične zone u vratu limenke (4) sa suženim unutarnjim sjedištem (6a) na kućištu limenke (3) u koji se ubacuje brtveni prsten (7) i za deformiranje slobodnog kraja kućišta limenke (3) radijalno prema unutrašnjosti oko tog brtvenog prstena (7).
