An automatic temperature control system comprises a plurality of heaters, each heater being controlled by a circuit as shown in the Figure wherein the heater is switched on or off by a relay RC according to whether or not a bridge RB is out of, or in balance, the bridge RB including a temperature sensing device, such as a thermistor, connected between terminals 10, which device is sensitive to the temperature of the heater, a further voltage which is adjustable either in phase or magnitude and common to all the heater control circuits being introduced at terminals 11 so as to be in series with the output of all the bridges RB, such that the operating temperatures of all the heaters can be adjusted simultaneously by means of a single control member.
