Abstract

A quick setting cementitious composition for underwater use comprises a mixture in parts by volume of 30 to 70 parts Portland cement, 10 to 36 parts calcium sulphate and 20 to 45 parts kaolin. Sand may be added so that the composition comprises by volume up to 43% sand, the remainder being the mixture; water may be added to amount to 20 to 30% by volume of the final aggregate.
