A corrosion-resistant alloy capable of fabrication by cold-working contains 1-2.5 per cent. Mn. 2-2.75 per cent. Li and Mg. It may also contain less than .03 per cent. Fe and a total of less than .1 per cent. of Na and K. U.S.A. Specification 2,317,980 and Specification 17805/46 (as laid open to inspection under Sect. 91) are referred to.
