671,707. Knitting-machines. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP MACHINEFABRIEK L. TE STRAKE. Jan. 16, 1950 [Dec. 8, 1949], No. 1123/50. Class 74 (ii). A flat warp knitting-machine has two series 7, 8 of needles mounted substantially in alignment in a common needle bed 9, the needles of one series being spaced alternately in the bed with the needles of the other series. The two series are mounted in individual needle bars 11, 12 and are separately operated. Two series of thread guides 1, 2 are provided which are so movable with respect to each other that the threads are crossed above the series of needles.
