458,027. Electric radiators. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd., Magnet House, Kingsway, London, and STOPFORD, C. W., c/o General Electric Co., Ltd., Wembley, Middlesex. June 4, 1935, No. 16183. [Class 39 (iii)] In an electric fire with a rod-type heating element 1, one or more members 8 carried on the structure of the fire serve to support the element if it is fractured or dislodged. The members 8 may be metal loops mounted in insulating washers 9. Alternatively, the members themselves may be made of insulating material. The loops of the members 8 need not necessarily be complete. The element is of the type described in Specification 411,612, [Group XXXVI]. Specification 288,036, [Class 39 (iii)], also is referred to.
