Abstract
420,297. Roll holders. LAVENDER, F. H. R., and VOUCHER, Ltd., 65, Bridge Street, Walsall, and LAMSON PARAGON SUPPLY CO., Ltd., Queen's House, Kingsway, London. May 15, 1933, No. 14022. [Class 18] A holder for rolls of wrapping paper for use in shops, &c., is adapted to be mounted either above or below a horizontal surface or on a vertical surface. A spindle carrying the roll 23 rests at each end in an open-sided bearing 17 formed on an arm 15 which by means of a screw 14 and nut 26 can be adjusted in three positions relatively to a bracket 10. Interengaging ribs and grooves 24, 25 may be provided on the two parts. A retaining member 20 fitted with a severing blade 22 is pivoted at 19 to the arms 15 and rests on the roll 23. In a modification a single bracket 10 has a pair of arms 15 spaced apart for supporting the roll,
