356,644. Ventilating vehicles. NUGENT, SIR H. C., Windsor House, Lambourn, Berkshire. Feb. 12, 1931, No. 4491. [Class 137.] Animal-carrying vehicles are ventilated by means of a double roof having a spring-controlled shutter s<2> adapted to be actuated by a thermostat. The incoming air enters the double roof at the wind screen and passes into the interior of the vehicle by ports x. Foul air is permitted to escape at the exit z. An observation window s<5> is provided.
