Abstract
205,679. Wood, J. W. Oct. 18, 1922. Rotary - mould - table machines; delivery. - In a machine for moulding concrete &c. blocks having a horizontal mould table 1, the latter is rotated by a verticalshaft 2 driven through worm gearing by a horizontal drive-shaft 8 having a crank 12, which operates a rectangular ram 14. The moulds 16 are positioned radially on the table 1 bv ribs 18 and are automatically removed after pressing on to a conveyer 22 by a curved plate 20, Fig. 2, extending obliquely across the table and arranged parallel to the tangential portion of a guide flange 19 which surrounds the table 1. The plate 20 is suspended above the table 1 by a bracket 21 fixed to a vertical frame pillar 6. The ram 14 is slightly larger than the mould top and is guided on rods 15 depending from the frame 5. The conveyer 22 is driven through bevel gearing from the lower end of the shaft 2.
