Abstract

1,237,138. Height measuring tape device. QUENOT & CIE S.A.R.L. Sept. 23, 1968 [Nov. 17, 1967], No. 45099/68. Heading G1M. A right angled casing 2 having a reading window 5, a marker 6, and a spirit level 9 is provided also with an extension 3 which may be rested on the head of a person whose height is to be measured. The free end of the self winding tape is loosely rivetted to a footplate 8.
