1295407 Glucose isomerase CPC INTERNATIONAL Inc 19 April 1971 [19 Feb 1970] 22253/71 Heading C3H [Also in Division C2] An enzyme preparation is made by culturing a strain of Streptomyces olivochromogenes ATCC 21114 in a medium containing a carbon source and salts. The enzyme is used to isomerize glucose to fructose.
