Abstract

La présente invention a donc notamment pour objet une extrémité filetée d’un composant tubulaire pour le forage et/ou l’exploitation d’un puit d’hydrocarbure, le transport de pétrole et de gaz, le transport ou le stockage d’hydrogène, la captation de carbone ou la géothermie, comprenant au moins un filetage s’étendant sur sa surface périphérique extérieure ou intérieure, dont le filetage est revêtu par une couche comprenant un alliage zinc-chrome (Zn-Cr) dont le zinc (Zn) est l’élément majoritaire en poids, par rapport au poids total de l’alliage. La présente invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d’une extrémité filetée, telle que définie précédemment, d’un composant tubulaire destiné au forage et/ou l’exploitation d’un puit d’hydrocarbure, au transport de pétrole et de gaz, au transport ou au stockage d’hydrogène, à la captation de carbone ou la géothermie, comprenant au moins un dépôt électrolytique sur la surface du filetage de ladite extrémité d’une composition aqueuse comprenant un ou plusieurs sels de zinc, un ou plusieurs sels de chrome, un ou plusieurs électrolytes et un ou plusieurs tensioactifs.
