Abstract

Echangeur de chaleur géothermique (1) configuré pour être enterré verticalement dans le sol caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte au moins un tube (5) d’échange thermique pour la descente d’air et au moins un tube (5) de sortie pour la remontée d’air, les tubes (5) étant agencés parallèlement les uns à côté des autres, les tubes (5) étant ouverts à leurs deux extrémités, les parois externes des tubes (5) étant destinées à être en contact avec le remblai, une tête (7) fluidiquement connectée d’une part à des premières extrémités ouvertes des tubes (5) et d’autre part à une entrée d’air et à une sortie d’air de l’échangeur (1), et un collecteur de condensats (8) comportant un réceptacle commun (13) fluidiquement connecté aux deuxièmes extrémités ouvertes des tubes (5), à la base des tubes (5).
