Abstract
L’invention propose un procédé de codage d’images d’une séquence vidéo comprenant la mise en œuvre des étapes suivantes c) obtention d’une configuration initiale (E100) représentative de caractéristiques structurelles d’un dispositif d’affichage, et pour une image de la séquence vidéo dites sous-séquence d’entrée, d1) réalisation d’un premier sous-échantillonnage spatial (E102) des éléments de l’image en utilisant un filtre orienté selon une première direction et comprenant un premier ensemble (ENS1) de valeurs de facteurs de sous-échantillonnage, ce dernier étant déterminé en fonction de ladite configuration initiale, puis insertion de l’image résultante dans une sous-séquence de sortie, et e) codage (E2) des images de la sous-séquence de sortie.
