Abstract
L’invention concerne un capteur (25) pour véhicule (1) automobile, ledit véhicule (1) comprenant un moteur thermique (10) et un calculateur (20) de contrôle moteur, ledit moteur (10) comprenant au moins un arbre d’entrainement (15) apte à être entrainé en rotation, ledit au moins un arbre d’entrainement (15) comportant au moins un élément magnétique (150), ledit capteur (25) étant disposé en regard dudit au moins un élément magnétique (150), ledit calculateur (20) étant configuré pour déterminer la position angulaire de l’au moins un arbre d’entrainement (15) par rapport à une position angulaire de référence prédéfinie à partir d’un signal de sortie fourni par le capteur (25), le capteur (25) étant caractérisé en ce qu’il est apte à générer un signal de sortie en créneaux, dans lequel chaque créneau est caractérisé par un instant initial et une largeur temporelle, en associant chaque instant initial avec une position angulaire prédéfinie de l’arbre d’entrainement (15).
