Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé (S) de perçage d’au moins un orifice d’évacuation (4) dans une aube (1) comprenant une cavité interne (3) de refroidissement, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :S1 : effectuer une mesure volumique de l’aube (1),S2 : déterminer, à partir du modèle volumique de l’aube (1), la position d’une surface (5) de la cavité interne (3) de l’aube (1) dans le référentiel donné,S3 : déterminer un vecteur (V) de perçage de la paroi (2) de l’aube (1) dans le référentiel donné, ledit vecteur (V) de perçage reliant un point d’entrée (P1) sur la paroi (2) de l’aube (1) et un point de sortie (P2) compris dans la surface (5) de la cavité interne (3), et S4 : percer la paroi (2) de l’aube (1) suivant le vecteur (V) de perçage ainsi déterminé afin de former un orifice d’évacuation (4).
