Abstract

L'invention concerne un appui-tête (1) comprenant: une armature (2) métallique présentant en vue de face deux tiges (3) parallèles de liaison au dossier dudit siège dont les extrémités supérieures sont reliées entre elles par une entretoise (4) ; un coussin (5) de rembourrage associé en haut de ladite armature ; une coiffe (6) de revêtement en forme de poche présentant une ouverture (7) et étant chaussée en tension sur ledit coussin de manière à le masquer, ledit coussin étant en forme de manchon d'épaisseur variable s'étendant autour de ladite entretoise, et éventuellement autour de la partie supérieure desdites tiges, de manière à présenter en vue de face une forme générale de premier U, renversé ou non, dont les branches (8) forment appuis latéraux de l'arrière de la tête d'un passager, la zone médiane (9) de ladite coiffe disposée entre lesdites branches définissant un espace intérieur dépourvu de mousse.
