Abstract

The block (B) has protuberances (110, 120) on one of longitudinal lateral sides (100) of the block, where the block is manufactured from mixture of blocks of clay, sand cement and water. The protuberances are horizontally projected and preformed to provide perpendicular support surfaces (111, 121) perpendicular to the lateral side. The width of the protuberances corresponds to the thickness of a supporting insulant. The protuberances are horizontally projected at the level of a parallelepiped shaped lower horizontal side (200). Openings (500) adopt an oblong profile to create air spaces.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of building and especially to adaptations to obtain in the best conditions building blocks that can facilitate the interior. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART There are in the prior art several blocks and block manufacturing processes that make it possible to facilitate the interior layout and in particular the insulation. These building blocks, objects of the invention, are building materials conventionally adopting the rectangular parallelepiped shape. There are blocks of concrete or brick, one of the longitudinal side faces receives an insulating coating. There are also blocks whose vertical face forming the inner wall receives by gluing the insulation modules. The embodiments of this type of block have the disadvantage of seeing, in the long run, the insulation sag. There are blocks whose face forming the inner wall is preformed in projecting shapes to accommodate insulation or lining panels which rest and or are fixed on said projections. The use of projecting shapes has the advantage of creating a volume of air between the inner wall of the block and the insulation panel or doubling. Nevertheless, the presence of such protrusions has the disadvantage of making it more complex and therefore more expensive, the manufacture of such blocks. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In order to remedy this situation, the applicant has conducted research aimed at designing a building block that solves the problems of fastening the insulation. Another object of the invention is to facilitate the assembly of such blocks as well as to improve their thermal resistance. The invention also aims to facilitate the manufacture of these blocks. According to the invention, the building block adopting the general shape of a parallelepiped is remarkable in that it comprises on one of its longitudinal lateral faces at least one projecting form 10 projecting horizontally and preformed to propose a surface of support perpendicular to said side face. This feature is particularly advantageous in that it provides support for the insulator capable of being disposed against the longitudinal side face and thus solves the problems of sagging observed over time in the embodiments of the prior art. . In addition, the tongue formed by this projection facilitates the installation and guiding of the electrical sheaths in inner lining. According to a preferred embodiment, said projection is divided into two projections separated by a recess and each proposing a bearing surface in the same horizontal plane. In order to facilitate the manufacture of such a block, made more complex by the protruding form, said block is remarkable in that said horizontal projection is positioned at the edge of said longitudinal side face to merge with one another. on its sides with the upper or lower horizontal side of the parallelepiped. By positioning the projection 30 at an upper or lower edge of the block, molding is greatly facilitated by providing a simple demolding possibility and can be envisaged with the same rates as those of a conventional block. According to a preferred embodiment, the projection projects horizontally at the base of the block. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, said horizontal projecting shape is preformed with a vertical bearing surface substantially parallel to the vertical face of the block from which the projection projects. This bearing surface allows the positioning and fixing of an inner lining on the wall formed by said blocks or comprising said blocks. Thus, the block avoids the installation and cost of a rail structure conventionally used for fixing the doubling. To facilitate the cutting and laying of the insulation, the wall using such blocks can alternate rows of blocks according to the invention and rows of blocks without projection. Moreover, in the same row, all the blocks do not have the obligation to conform to the invention to fulfill the functions of support of the insulation or support of the doubling. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, the block is formed with openings passing through it from top to bottom and adopting an oblong profile for the purpose of creating a plurality of air knives which contributes to improving the thermal resistance of the block in accordance with the objectives of the invention. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, a first transverse face adopts at least one projecting male shape capable of cooperating for the purpose of mounting another block with at least one recessed female shape formed on the other transverse face. According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, the block is manufactured in a mixture of expanded clay balls, sand, cement and water. Of course, the bearing surfaces of the block of the invention can be used for positioning and securing insulation and / or external lining. The fundamental concepts of the invention having been described above in their most elementary form, other details and characteristics will emerge more clearly on reading the description which follows and with reference to the appended drawings. giving by way of non-limiting example, an embodiment of a building block according to the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a block according to the invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a block in accordance with FIG. 3 is a top view of the block of FIG. 1; FIG. 5 is a sectional side view of the block of FIG. 1, the section plane shown in FIG. 3; FIG. 6 is a sectional side view of the block of FIG. 2; Fig. 7 is a sectional view of a wall embodiment formed of the blocks of the invention; Fig. 8 is a sectional view of a second embodiment of FIG. block wall of the invention. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 1, 3, 5, 7 and 8, the building block referenced B as a whole adopts the general shape of a parallelepiped. This block B has on one of its longitudinal lateral faces 100 two projections 110 and 120 projecting horizontally by providing a perpendicular bearing surface 111 and 121 to said lateral face 100. This face 100 will constitute the face oriented towards the inside. of the building. These horizontal projections 110 and 120 are preformed to also provide a vertical bearing surface 112 and 122 substantially parallel to the vertical face 100 of the block B to which the projections 110 and 120 are connected.

According to the illustrated embodiment, the two projections 110 and 120 are separated by a recess 130. The presence of this recess 130 has several advantages, among them. - it lighten the block, - it participates in better insulation by reducing the thermal bridge, - it facilitates the sharing of the block when it is the last of the row. According to the illustrated embodiment, said projections 110 and 120 are beveled at their ends as well at their outer end as at the recess 130. This feature facilitates assembly at ninety degrees blocks that they are whole or shared and also facilitates said sharing. According to a non-illustrated embodiment, the block comprises a plurality of recesses separating more than two projections. According to a non-illustrated embodiment, said horizontal projection is continuous in the longitudinal axis. Said horizontal projections 110 and 120 are positioned at the edge of said longitudinal vertical face 100 to merge on one of its sides 113 with the lower horizontal face 200 of the parallelepiped. Thus, as illustrated, the lower surface of the projection coincides in the same plane as that of the lower face, that is to say of the base of said block. The connection between the horizontal flat bearing surface 111 of the projection and the vertical plane 100 of the vertical face is made by means of a rounded connection of material 114 in order to facilitate manufacture and demoulding while guaranteeing the strength of this block part. As illustrated in Figures 5, 7 and 8, the width of the protruding shapes 110 and 120 corresponds substantially to the thickness of the insulator I to be supported. This insulator I bears on the horizontal bearing surfaces 111 and 121. According to a choice of manufacture, the width of the projection is greater than or equal to the thickness of the insulator I. The insulator I will extend over the entire length defined by the row of blocks on which it attaches. As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 7 and 8, the horizontal projection has a vertical bearing surface 112 and 122 which will serve to support a doubling panel D. As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. The wall may consist of preformed blocks B of a projecting shape and blocks C of parallelepipedal shape more conventional. This feature makes it possible to take advantage of the bearing surfaces of the block of the invention without having to cut an insulator width for each block row. According to the illustrated embodiment, the insulator I is cut on a width corresponding to two rows. In order to facilitate the assembly of the constructions, the surface of the upper and lower faces of the block B is rectified. According to the embodiment illustrated by the drawings of FIGS. 1 and 3, a first transverse face 300 adopts two male shapes 310 and 320 projecting which can cooperate for mounting another block with two female shapes 410 and 420 in shrinkage on the other side 400.

In accordance with the invention, the block B is formed with apertures 500 passing therethrough from top to bottom and adopting an oblong profile for the purpose of creating a plurality of airfoils optimizing the insulation function. As illustrated, said openings 500 are disposed in the staggered block.

5 10 15 20 25 3035 As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, the block B 'differs from the block B in that it does not have any interlocking shapes on its transverse faces 300 and 400. Moreover, the orifices 500' passing from above bottom block B 'are of different shapes and positions. Nevertheless, according to the invention, it is preformed to present on one of its longitudinal lateral faces 100 'at least two projecting forms 110' and 120 'projecting horizontally and preformed to provide a support plane perpendicular to said lateral face and a parallel support plan. It is understood that the blocks, which have just been described above and shown, have been for the purpose of disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the example above, without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, according to a non-illustrated embodiment, the upper face of the block may adopt a projecting male shape capable of cooperating for the purpose of mounting another block with a recessed female shape formed on the lower face of the block. another block. 5 10 15 20 25 3035
