Abstract

The cone packaging comprises a cut-out shape with twenty four faces. The cut-out can be folded to enable rapid assembly for gripping the sandwich and preventing the spilling of its contents. The packaging cone bottom surfaces forming the final holding system are made by exerting a pressure on the folding axis. The surfaces which hold the bread are adapted to the diameter and thickness of the sandwich. Sliding surfaces allow the lateral surfaces (3) to meet and adapt to the sandwich diameter and ensure sealing of the cone. The surfaces (5) can be stuck together to enable assembly of the cone.

Description

CORNET A ROUND SANDWICH
The present invention relates to a device making it possible to cleanly and easily consume all types of
round sandwiches (pan bania, hamburger, pita ...), the contents of which are liable to escape.

These sandwiches are usually packaged either in a thermo-insulating or cardboard box or in
a pocket of paper, fool in a simple folded paper ... These systems do not guarantee, nor their perfect
maintenance at the time of their consumption, nor, in certain cases, their perfect sealing.

The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. II indeed presents, according to a first
characteristic, a form of modular packaging allowing to eat almost the entire sandwich without
having to touch it with the fingers, while ensuring good grip of said sandwich.

According to a particular embodiment:
- The flat cut can constitute the initial shape of the horn.

 - The folding and gluing marks can constitute the method of assembly.

- The surfaces where finger pressure must be exerted can constitute the mode of shaping
final.

 By way of nonlimiting example, the appended drawings illustrate Invention - - Figure t shows the form of flat cutting and its fold lines.

- Figures 2 and 3 show the faces of the device glued and folded before setting
form.

 - Figures 4 and 5 show in section the invention in its final form.

With reference to these drawings, the device consists, on the one hand. in a 24-face cutout shape
representing: 1) Surcases aui constitute the bottom of the corret (faces 1 'and 1 ")
- Symmetrical to each other with respect to the folding axis A ', they are contiguous to the surfaces adapted to the
diameter of the sandwich by a curved folding shape (2 'and 2 ").

- These folding forms constitute the system for maintaining the final shape, exercised by means of a
finger pressure on axis A '.

2) The surfaces adaoté to the diameter of the sandwich (faces 2 'and 2 ")
- Symmetrical to each other with respect to the folding axis A ', they make it possible to hold the loaves of the sandwich.

 - Their shape and surface can be modified, depending on the size of the sandwich.

3) The lateral surfaces adapted to the thickness of the sandwich (faces from 3 'to 4 "and from 10' to 11").

 contiguous to the surfaces adapted to the diameter of the sandwich (faces 2 ′ and 2 "), they are symmetrical with respect to one of the two corresponding folding axes (B '; B"; C'; C ").

- These faces allow the content of said sandwich to be maintained and can be modified as a function of the thickness of the latter.

 4) The sliding surfaces (faces from 6 'to 7 "and from 12' to 12") - Contiguous to the lateral surfaces adapted to the thickness of the sandwich (from 3 'to 4 "and from 8' to 8"), they are symmetrical with respect to the same corresponding axis (B '; B "; C' and C") as the surfaces to which they are connected.

- They allow, during shaping, the lateral surfaces to meet while ensuring the tightness of the horn.

5) The surfaces used for the collaae of the cornet. (faces 5; 5 "; 12 '; 12") - Adjacent to the corresponding external faces (4'; 4 "; 9 '; 9") of the lateral surfaces, they make it possible to assemble said comet by gluing.

On the other hand, 6) The mode of folding and gluing (Fig 2 and 3)
When folding will be symmetrically juxtaposed: - All the faces connected together by the corresponding symmetrical folding axis (1 'and 1 ";2' and 2"; 3 'and 4'; 3 "and 4"; 6 'and 7 ';8' and 9 ';8' and 9 '; 8 "and 9";10' and 11 '; 10 "and 11").

- The bonding surfaces will therefore come to the opposite surfaces adapted to the diameter of said sandwich (5 'and 5 "by 2"; 12' and 12 "by 2 ').

7) The formatting mode (Fig. 4'and5 ')
Thus, by the form of cutting and folding, it suffices to exert a pressure on the axis A 'so that the faces making up the bottom and the lateral surfaces unfold, to obtain the final shape which can receive the said sandwich.

Claims (6)

1) Packaging allowing to consume any type of sandwich of round shape characterized in that it has a cutout shape of 24 faces (fig. 1) and a folding mode allowing a fast assembly (fiv. 2 to 5) as well as a practical grip of said sandwich, avoiding the possible flow of its contents. 2) Packaging according to claim 1 characterized in that the surfaces of the bottom of the horn, constitute the system for maintaining its final shape, exerted by means of pressure on the folding axis A '(1). 3) Packaging according to larevendicaion 1 or claim 2 characterized in that the surfaces adapted to the diameter of the sandwich allow the maintenance of its breads and are changeable depending on the diameter of the latter (2). 4) Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the lateral surfaces adapted to thickness of the sandwich allow the maintenance of its content and are modifiable depending on the thickness of the latter (3). 5) Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the sliding surfaces make it possible to join the side surfaces adapted to the diameter of the sandwich, ensuring the tightness of the horn (4). 6) Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the surfaces used for bonding the comet allow the assembly of the latter (5).
