Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for opening the protective cap (or seal) of a container, directly with the stopper. It consists of a cutter 1 equipped with a tip 3 permitting puncturing and cutting of the protective cap 2 by means of pressure when the user unblocks the tamper-proof device 7, turns and drives down the stopper. The pieces of protective cap are entrained over the periphery of the opening via spatulas 5 between the edge of the container 6 and the inner edge 4 of the stopper. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for stoppers of containers with a protective cap.
