Abstract

Un pôle d'un disjoncteur électrique à autosoufflage comporte une cloison transversale 34 en une matière plastique isolante injectée qui assure simultanément le guidage de la tige de contact mobile qui la traverse. La pièce en matière injectée porte un joint torique assurant l'étanchéité avec l'enveloppe 10 et un clapet d'obturation unidirectionnel d'orifices de passage ménagé dans la cloison transversale. Le piston de soufflage solidaire de la tige de contact mobile 32 est également réalisé en matière injectée et il comporte des moyens de logement et d'encliquetage de la buse de soufflage 38 solidarisée au piston 36. Un joint racleur en forme de segment fendu est logé dans une rainure circonférentielle ménagée dans la pièce injectée du piston 36. La liaison électrique entre la tige de contact mobile 26 et un insert 18 d'amenée de courant est réalisée par une tresse s'étendant en forme de demi-boucle dans un plan transversal au pôle.
