Abstract
본 발명은 입구측 및 출구측 액체(8, 8. 1) 사이를 퍼텐셜 격리시키는 액체용 피스톤 밸브에 관한 것이다, 이 피스톤 밸브는 특히 정전하 대전에 의해 작동하는 페인팅 도구에서의 수성 페인트를 제어하는데 적합하다. 이러한 밸브의 수명을 향상시키기 위해, 밸브 출구(9)에 존재하는 액체(8. 1)의 전기 퍼텐셜에 있는 적어도 하나의 제어 전극(2)을 배치할 것이 제안되었다.

Claims (11)
- 전기 절연성 액체(8)의 통과 유동을 제어하기 위한 피스톤 밸브로서, 상기 피스톤 밸브는 실린더(5)를 구비하고, 실린더는 그 내부에 배치되는 피스톤(1)과, 실린더(5)와 피스톤(1) 사이를 밀봉하는 수단을 가지며, 밸브가 폐쇄된 상태에서 접지 퍼텐셜에 있는 액체(8)가 고전압 퍼텐셜에 있는 액체(8, 1)로부터 퍼텐셜이 격리되도록 그 액체 입구(12)를 그 액체 출구(9)로부터 격리시키기 위한 수단(5. 1, 1)을 포함하는, 피스톤 밸브에 있어서, 상기 실린더(5)는 연장부(11)를 가지며, 이 연장부에는 액체 출구(9)에서의 액체(8. 1)와 동일한 전기 퍼텐셜에 있는 하나 이상의 제어 전극(2)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(5)와 연장부(11)는 세라믹 또는 유리로 구성되며, 이 연장 부에는 제어 전극(2)이 융합되어 연장부(11)내의 액체(8. 1)와 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연장부(11)는 금속으로 구성되고 제어 전극(2)은 연장부(11)상으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속 연장 부(11)는 전기 절연 실린더(5)에 접합 본딩되거나 융합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실린더, 연장부, 전극(5, 11, 2)은 전기 절연성 재료(3)로 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 실린더, 연장부, 전극의 배치는 하우징(4) 내부로 삽입되며, 이 하우징은 액체 절연성 재료(3)가 사용될 경우 액밀하게 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 전극(2)을 갖는 연장부(11)는 동일한 재료로 제조되는 추가 연장부(11, 1)와 연결되며 이 추가 연장부에는 출구(9)에서 액체(8, 1)의 퍼텐셜에 있는 제1추가 제어 전극(6)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접지 퍼텐셜에 있는 제2추가 제어 전극(7)은 액체 입구(12)에 앞서 입구 영역(13)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피스톤(1)과 실린더(5) 사이에는 추가의 전기 절연성 액체(14)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극(2, 6, 7)은 금속 또는 전기 전도성 플라스틱으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극(2, 6, 7)상의 곡률 반경은 3밀리미터 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
