Abstract
Description
Panneaux de tôle profilée auto-refroidissants, ( dissipant la chaleur au lieu de la rayonner à leur sous-face) ) utilisables en construction (couverture et protection thermique ). A la différence de toutes les autres tôles, profilées ou non, qui transmettent intégralement par rayonnement à leur sous-face la chaleur reçue à leur face supérieure
Isotôle est une tôle auto-refroidissante :son profil spécial baptisé Isoprofil permet la dissipation de la chaleur solaire reçue à sa face supérieure et transmise par conduction à l'intérieur de canaux de ventilation dont les parois font office de radiateurs cédant leurs calories à l'air. La circulation accélérée de l'air est naturelle et automatique : L'air chauffé, plus léger en s élevant aspire l'air frais extérieur en continu ...La sous-face de la tôle, à l'ombre, ventilée et refroidie en permanence reste ainsi incomparablement plus fraîche que celle d'une tôle normale et ne rayonne plus de chaleur à l'intérieur de l'habitation.( Fig. 1 )
La tôle , ondulée ou profilée, utilisée en couverture satisfait aux impératifs de protection et d'étanchéité mais possède un inconvénient majeur de par sa très faible inertie thermique elle s'échauffe presque instantanément et transmet intégralement la chaleur revue et surchauffe l'intérieur des constructions ( par rayolmement et convection ) tant qu'elle reçoit la chaleur du soleil.Elle nécessite donc une protection thermique extérieure très onéreuse ( comme une dalleterrasse en béton ) ou intérieure : combles ventilés par construction de faux-plafonds isolant totalement l'intérieur de l'habitation de l'air surchauffé dans les combles, d'où perte d'argent, de place et de volume autrement disponible.Unlike all other sheets, profiled or not, which radiate the heat received to their upper side by radiation.
