Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un procédé pour détecter la présence d'un antigène spécifique, suspectée dans un spécimen biologique d'origine animale. b. Le procédé comprend une phase où l'on combine le spécimen contenant l'antigène recherché avec une particule couplée à de la protéine A, mise suspension, et sensibilisée avec un anticorps spécifique de l'antigène, de sorte qu'il se produit une agglutination, si le test est positif. Ce procédé permet de détecter facilement et de déterminer la quantité présente d'un antigène dans un échantillon par un moyen souple et précis ne demandant pas une installation coûteuse
