Abstract
Dispositif semi-conducteur d'émission et de détection de lumière. Le dispositif comprend une région primaire 9 d'un premier type de conductivite reliée par une interface avec une zone de détection de lumière 13 et une zone d'émission de lumière 14, toutes deux du second type de conductivité, ces zones étant séparées par une région de séparation 25 et de préférence pourvue chacune d'une jonction 21, 22, isolée de la région primaire par un isolant 20. L'extrémité 30 d'une fibre optique 29 peut faire face simultanément aux deux zones 13, 14, si bien que cette fibre peut servir au passage de lumière dans les deux sens. Application aux transmissions.
