Abstract

The solar panel comprises a housing with a front transparent wall, a rear wall, and an absorber between the two. The front (1) and rear (2) walls are fixed to a common frame comprising two opposite tubular members (5,6). The second tubular member contains first and second openings (11) on opposite sides of the panel, and third openings (13) connected to its interior. Axially-sliding shutters (14) inside the members connect the third openings either to the first or the second ones, and thus the interior of the panel either to the inside or the outside of the building.
