Abstract

Procédé de fabrication par injection-soufflage. Le procédé consiste à mouler, par injection de matière thermoplastique, une ébauche de forme creuse et à soumettre l'ébauche obtenue à une opération de soufflage intérieur, en vue de lui donner la forme du flacon à obtenir; ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'après soufflage, on obture l'ouverture de l'ébauche par un culot rapporté, qui constitue le fond du flacon, et que l'on enlève, par découpage, le fond de l'ébauche pour former le goulot du flacon. Permet la fabrication de flacons de forme compliquée avec un goulot de faible section.
