Abstract
Construction material comprises two parts intimately joined together. One is a compact, rigid, mechanically strong concrete with mediocre insulation properties, and the other a light concrete with good thermal insulation properties. The material is made by introducing into a brick mould a mixt. corresp. to one of the materials, then a mixt. corresp. to the other material so that it adheres to the first part, the brick is homogenised and allowed to harden, and then demoulded. Structure built do not require supplementary thermal insulation such as glass wool or expanded plastic.
