Abstract

The contents of a file or folder (2) are secured by means of two lengths of rigid wire (1) and two elastic bands. Each wire is slightly longer than the width of the file and is placed over the file cover, one near the upper edge and one near the lower edge. Each wire (1) is then retained by an elastic band (3) which is placed on the opposite cover of the file and each end of the band (3) is slipped over the projecting ends of the wire (1).
