Abstract

The base of an electronic solid state switch consists of a matrix of junctions of the NP semiconductor type. The P outputs of the matrix are amplified. The crossing points of the N and P lines in the matrix form MOS type circuits which are controlled so as to be conducting or non-conducting as required. The P outputs amplifiers may use inverting MOS type circuits.
