Claims (18)
1. Absorberande strukturenhet med täck-, överfö-rings- och uppbevaringsskikt (10, 20, 30), varvid 5 a) ätminstone tvä av nämnda sklkt är väsentligen sammanbundna för att befrämja vätskeöverföring frän ett skikt tili ett annat, b) överförlngsskiktets (20) täthet är mlndre än uppbevaringsskiktets (30) täthet; 10 c) varje sklkt har en pä förhand vald vätskeuppbe- varings- och -överföringskapacitet, och d) överföringssklktet (20) tenderer att befrämja överfÖringen tili uppbevaringsskiktet (30) företrädesvis sä att västkan fördelas över deras längd och bredd, sam- 15 tidlgt som uppbevaringsskiktet (30) tenderar att befrämja vätskans fördelning och kvarhällning över hela sin längd och bredd, kännetecknad av att e) täckskiktets (10) täthet är mindre än överfö-ringsskiktets (20) täthet och täckskiktet tenderar att 20 befrämja övergängen tili överföringssklktet, föredträdes-vis sä att vätskan fördelas över deras längd och bredd.
2. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att den dessutom har ett väts-ketätt bakskikt (70), som sträcker sig över väts- 25 keöverförings- och uppbevaringsskiktets (20, 30) kant och är tätt fäst att ansluta sig tili ätminstone täckskiktet (10).
3. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att vätskeuppbevaringsskiktet 30 (30) utgörs av en böjlig cellulosabana, inuti vilken en speciellt absorberande del utlagts.

7. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att nämnda täckskikt (10) upp-visar en perforerad polymerfilm.
8. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att vätskeöverföringsskiktets 15 (20) tjocklek är ca 1,0 - 3,8 mm vid 0,21 kPa och täthet ca 0,02 - 0,10 g/cm3 vid 0,21 kPa.
9. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att vätskeöverföringsskiktets (20) porstorleksfördelning i vätt tillständ är sädan att 20 ca 10 - 50 % av porerna har en radie större än 300 pm och ca 50 - 90 % av porerna är mindre än 300 pm.
10. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att vätskeöverföringsskiktets (20) vattengenomsläpplighet är minst 3,0 m3/m2/min vid 25 1,17 kPa.
11. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att västkeuppbevaringsskiktet (30) uppvisar en tätad, komprimerad torv-moss-skiva.
12. Absorberande strukturenhet enligt patentkrav 30 11, kännetecknad av att torv-moss-skivan är mekaniskt mjukgjord för att ästadkomma större böjlighet.

16. Användning av en absorberande strukturenhet 10 enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 14 i en tampong.
17. Användning av en absorberande strukturenhet enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 14 i ett särförband.
18.
